Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is a hall with a kitchen and dining area

There is also a fireplace with seating and a door leading out to the terrace and pool

Bathroom with WC + 1 separate WC, i.e. 2x WC

There is also a bedroom with 3 beds on the ground floor

On the 1st floor there are 3 more rooms, one room has two beds and a bunk bed for children, the second room has 4 beds and the third room has three beds

So a total of 4 rooms, 2x each with 3 beds and 2x each with 4 beds.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there are 2 toilets (bathroom with shower and toilet + 1 toilet separately)

Water heating is provided by electricity

boiler for 100 l of water.

Heating: Fireplace stove, electric infrared panels, which are in all rooms

Both methods of heating separately heat the entire cottage.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible right next to the cottage

There is a large parking space for several cars

We have recently purchased a lockable garage for bicycles, strollers, scooters and various larger items

Inside the garage, it is possible to charge an e-bike.

Dining

The cottage has its own fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, glasses, mugs, plates, pots, pans, knives, beer pints, wine glasses) Everything to provide for 14 people

The shop and restaurant are located in Olbramkostel.

There is a large hall on the ground floor

In the left part there is a fully equipped kitchenette, opposite the dining area

In the right part there is a fireplace with a sofa set and a table

There is TV, satellite, radio and WiFi internet

The kitchen has a line with a built-in hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, 2x fridge with freezer

3 dining tables and 12 chairs + children's table and chairs

Outside on the terrace there is an above-ground pool with a diameter of 3.5 m with a cleaner, garden furniture (benches and tables, a concrete grill and a swing for children

The water to the cottage is introduced from a deep well and was tested in 2022 with the result that it is potable.

PRICE DETAILS:

The price includes renting the entire cottage, it doesn't matter if there are 5 or 14 people

The price does not include clean bed linen - CZK 1,500 for all bed linen and final cleaning CZK 1,500

It is not possible to rent the cottage without bed linen and final cleaning (we pay attention to the hygiene of the equipment) It is always necessary to add CZK 3,000 to the stay

To reserve accommodation, we ask for a deposit of 50% within 14 days of booking your appointment

Rent supplement - 2/2 is paid 5 days BEFORE STARTING on the account.

The cottage has a direct heating rate

Everyone does the rough cleaning themselves (washed dishes, rubbish in the bin and sweep up gross dirt)

Starting dates during the holidays are SATURDAY - SATURDAY

Handover - Check-in at 2:00 p.m

Takeover - Departure from the residence at 10.00 a.m

The fee for one dog is 1000 CZK per week or 500 CZK per weekend

The price per week for the summer holidays of 2024 is CZK 26,000

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the guest cancels the stay within 0 - 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be forfeited in favor of VRANOVSKO COTTAGE and thus the right to its return will cease

We will always try to find a replacement guest, if we succeed we will return the deposit minus the cost of advertising to occupy the given date

The costs of advertising on the various servers we use are around CZK 1,000/week.
