The guesthouse is only two kilometers from the top of Tanvaldské Špičák, where in the winter there is the start of the downhill tracks (8.2 km), approx.

Tennis courts and a mini golf course are nearby

It is an ideal place for cycling, hiking, cross-country and downhill skiing

The guesthouse has its own parking lot available even in the winter months

Sitting in the garden by the fire is also pleasant

A charcoal grill is also available

In the summer, there is a covered and heated saltwater swimming pool with the possibility of sliding the roof, a trampoline, a sandpit and a castle with a slide for children ready for outdoor enjoyment

A Finnish sauna is available in winter

The entire building is non-smoking

The minimum number of guests is 12 in season and 6 out of season

The rent of the entire guesthouse is 8000/night

With full occupancy (20 people), the price is ONLY CZK 400 per person per night.

The price does not include the electricity fee, the price per 1 kWh day/night is CZK 10.

CZK 400 per person/night is in case of full occupancy.

In the off-season, we can accommodate 6-12 people, price according to rooms:

The price is fixed even if the beds are not fully occupied

Binding reservation conditions:

For a binding reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the ordered services is required, no later than 7 days after the reservation was made

If the deposit is not paid, the reservation will be cancelled

At the beginning of the stay, the tenant submits a refundable deposit of CZK 6,000 to the landlord as a deposit for payment or a partial deposit for payment in the event of damage to the rented premises or their equipment during the tenant's stay

Refund of the deposit (after inspection of the premises) by transfer by 3

days from the end of the stay.

Cancellation of the stay may occur for serious reasons and a written notification (letter, e-mail) is required

In this case, the following cancellation fees apply:

- within 60 days before the start, the entire deposit reduced by CZK 200 is returned

- less than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
