Chalupa Čtyřlístek lies in the Šumava foothills, on the border of the Šumava PLA

It is a quiet and pleasant environment suitable for families with children in close proximity to the forest, with its own fenced garden, with game elements (sandpit, trampoline, swing).

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Apartment on the ground floor - contains fully equipped kitchen, living room, one bedroom and bathroom

Apartment in the attic - includes an equipped kitchen with a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom

The attic apartment is available in the winter season

The whole cottage can be rented by appointment.

Sanitary facilities: The ground and attic apartment has one bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine.

Heating: The apartment is heated by an electric boiler

Furthermore, in the ground floor apartment in the living room is available fireplace and in the kitchen you can use kitchen stoves with oven

Both are for wood.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible at the building.

The nearest shop is in Šumavské Hoštice (1.5 km), other shops and restaurants in Vimperk (9.5 km).

Ground floor apartment:

The kitchen is fully equipped

There is a fridge with a freezer, an electric oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a stove with a wood oven

Children's dining seat

The living room has a fireplace stove, TV, two chests of drawers, couch (cannot be unfolded) and two armchairs

There is also the possibility of distribution of a sofa for 2 persons

The bedroom contains a double bed and two single beds with bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers

It is possible to provide a travel cot by appointment

Sauna is available in the second corridor

Attic apartment:

The kitchen is connected to the living room

Is fully equipped

There is a fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker

The living area is TV, couch (shape L, does not decompose) and in the next part of the room is a sofa bed (max

for 2 persons)

Bedroom 1 contains a double bed with bedside tables, chest of drawers and hanging hanger for clothing

Heating in an attic apartment is only electric

Two small beds with a size of 2.2x0.6 m are available by appointment

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The price for stay includes a fee of accommodation capacity to the municipality, EL consumption

energy up to 50 kWh, wood consumption, bedding

For other EL consumed

Energy we charge 8,- CZK for 1 kWh

When starting at accommodation, we choose a refundable deposit of 3000,-

We accept orders to rent a cottage in writing (by e-mail)

We reserve a free date within 10 calendar days

Until then, an advance payment of 50% of the price of stay must be paid

Cancel fees 30 or more days before the selected date of residence - no charge

Cancel fees 29 - 14 days before the selected date of stay - 50% of the advance price

Cancel fees 13 - 7 days before the selected date of stay - 75 % of the advance price

Cancel fees 6 or less days before the selected date of stay - 100% of the advance price

In the summer season we rent a cottage only after weeks

Only an attic apartment is available in the winter season

The cast of the whole cottage is on agreement.
