Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Total bed capacity 16 people

In case of interest in a larger number of people, we can make an individual agreement

The farmhouse has 4 separate bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet

Furthermore, 1 separate apartment with kitchen, shower and toilet

Also available is a spacious common room with a sitting area + a separate kitchen

1st bedroom - 2 persons (1x double bed)

2nd bedroom - 2 persons (1x double bed)

3rd bedroom - 3 persons (1x double bed, 1x single bed)

4th bedroom - 4 people (1x double bed, 2x single beds)

5th apartment - 5 people (2x double bed, 1x single bed, own kitchen).

Sanitary facilities: Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet

A total of 5 bathrooms with WC.

Heating: Heating in the bedrooms with electric heating

There is heating in every bedroom

There is a wood stove in the common room

The heat from the stove is distributed through the radiators throughout the room and the kitchen.

Transportation, parking: Private fenced parking lot part of the building

Number of parking spaces for up to 10 cars

A caravan or a car with a tow truck can also park here without any problems.

Dining

The farm has 1 common kitchen, which is located next to the common room

Furthermore, 1 apartment has its own kitchen

Restaurants are available either in Čkyn or Vimperek - approx. 5 min drive

We recommend buying groceries in Vimperk (Lidl, Tesco, Penny Market) - approx. 5 min drive.

Cottage furnishings

In the common room there is a spacious bench and couches for spending time together

There is also a widescreen LCD TV with HDMI and USB support

WiFi is available throughout the building

In the yard there is a covered seating area for grilling

So even the rain won't stop you from having fun

There is an outdoor fireplace, tables and benches made of honest solid wood.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The weekend stay can be extended for 4,999 CZK/night (out of season) or 5,499 CZK/night (in the winter season).

Minimum stay 2 nights

The price includes: cleaning, energy consumption, heating, rental of bed linen and towels, wood for grilling in the outdoor fireplace, recreation fee to the village 15 CZK/person/night.

Possibility to rent a tap with cooling for 499 CZK / stay + delivery of beer barrels of most Czech brands

We will send the price list of barrels upon request.

For a binding reservation, we collect a 50% deposit in advance
