For rent we offer a stylish timbered, modernly equipped cottage in Podkrkonoší, near tourist areas of Bohemian Paradise and Giant Mountains

10 people fit into the cottage comfortably

Can be used for families with children or can be used for a group of friends

You can come all year round, spend Christmas, Easter holidays, summer holidays or celebrate the coming of the New Year

The cottage is fully equipped for rent throughout the year

Of all the rooms, there is a wonderful view of the surrounding nature

Around the whole cottage is a large paved terrace overlooking the surrounding nature

It is renting the whole cottage with equipment and land on the basis of a lease contractual relationship in a period when we do not use it ourselves, not the accommodation service

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a spacious modern fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for 10 people with access to the outdoor terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding green forests and meadows

Further living room with fireplace stoves and TV/DVD and toilet

On the first floor you will find two large and two standard rooms, two bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath) and toilet

None of the bedrooms is through

Of all the rooms, there is a wonderful view of the surrounding nature.

Sanitary facilities: Two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bath) and two (separated from the bathrooms) to the toilet.

Heating: Throughout the ground floor it is drowning underfloor heating, in the living room in addition to fireplace, on the first floor are electric heaters

Bathrooms on the first floor are also equipped with underfloor heating

Warm water is heated by a boiler.

Transportation, parking: Availability by car all year round to cottage, parking spaces at a cottage for more cars

The cottage is 108 km from Prague, there is a bus stop in the village below the cottage.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The whole cottage with equipment and land is rented on the basis of a lease contract without determining the purpose of lease, no services are provided

The capacity of the cottage is a maximum of 10 people

The rental price includes towels, cloths, toiletries etc.

We are able to issue confirmation for part/full price of rent for applying from FKSP

The final cleaning is required by a cleaning company, this service is ordered by the lessee on the spot, count on an expenditure of about CZK 3440 in cash according to our information about the prices on the point for 2025

The final cleaning price includes the possibility to borrow the bedding from the cleaning company

A deposit of 5000CZK is required (for electricity and any damage to the equipment)

The service provider is a management company.

The owner of the cottage is not present in handover or take over the cottage and does not provide any service on the spot

Price consumption of electricity (10CZK/kWh)

Pet (maximum one piece) after agreement for 1500CZK.

The binding reservation is valid after payment of the advance (50% of the price) for the rental

The 50% advance paid is irreversible and in case of cancellation of rent without exception

At least 20 days before the start of the lease, the rest of the price for the lease must be paid, which is forfeited without exception

The advance and the supplement is sent exclusively to the account, we do not pay cash payments!
