NICE COTTAGE no

2 is a newly renovated and stylishly furnished cottage with a total capacity of 10 people

It is located on the outskirts of the village of Strmilov and its reconstruction was completed in the spring of 2020.

All kitchenettes are equipped to a high standard (stove, electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer) and equipped with the necessary dishes

There is also a dishwasher in the studio on the ground floor and in the apartment

Bathrooms are equipped with a sink, shower, wc, bidet, towels and bath towels are provided for guests

Guests have at their disposal a fenced garden, a partially covered terrace, a garden pergola with garden furniture, a bicycle shed, a grill including charcoal

There are two wells in the garden that can be used to cool drinks instead of the famous 7th step

WiFi is available free of charge

Parking is possible right next to the building

The entire building is non-smoking

Both cottages are located in Obcizna street and are 180 m from each other

STRMILOV is the ideal starting point for your trips, either by bike or by car, through the eastern part of South Bohemia or Czech Canada

In the immediate vicinity there are places such as Telč, Jindřichův Hradec, Červená Lhota, Slavonice, Maříž, Zvůle, Landštejn and many other interesting places.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor of the cottage there is one 2-bed studio (studio V) with its own bathroom and kitchenette

In the attic there is another 2-bed studio (studio VII) with its own bathroom and kitchenette and a family apartment for 4 - 6 people (apartment VI)

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, one bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet

The total capacity of the facility is 10 beds

The cottage can be rented either as a whole or separately as individual studios and apartments

Rental of the entire cottage (10 beds):

7 nights: CZK 23,400

1 night when staying for 2 or more nights CZK 3,900 (not possible from 1.7. to 31.8.)

1 night CZK 5,000 (not possible from July 1 to August 31)

Rent of individual apartments, price per bed:

7 nights: 2900 CZK

1 night when staying for 2 or more nights: CZK 490 (not possible from 1.7. to 31.8.)

1 night CZK 640 (not possible from July 1 to August 31)

Supplement for a single room:

7 nights: CZK 1,000

1 night when staying for 2 or more nights: CZK 180 (not possible from 1.7. to 28.8.)

At Hezka cottage no

2 you can bring your dog/cat pet, for which you pay 140 CZK/night

1 you cannot bring a pet.)

Children under 3 years old free of charge without the right to a bed

Price includes:

bed linen, towels, general cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dish sponges, tea towels; coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper are also available.

We do not charge for final cleaning, we believe that visitors will leave the cottage in such a state that they would like to visit it again the next time

Payment terms:

Payment can only be made in Czech crowns

The reservation is subject to the payment of a deposit of 50% of the total price for accommodation

The remaining 50% of the price must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the start of the stay

Cancellation fees:

Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 10% of the total price

Up to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the total price

Less than 10 days before arrival: 100% of the total price

In the event of premature termination of the stay, there is no right to a refund of the financial amount

Entry conditions:

- on the day of arrival, you can check in from 3 p.m

- a refundable deposit of CZK 1,000 per apartment, CZK 3,000 for the entire cottage is required upon check-in

- on the day of departure, it is necessary to leave the cottage by 10:30 a.m
