Cottage Strmilov 245 is located in a quiet part of the village of Strmilov 100m from the Hamerské brook

The village of Strmilov is close to Czech Canada and the Javořická vrchovina

For nature lovers and active athletes, a place you will be happy to return to in every season

The cottage stands alone with a closed walled yard where you can park your car

The enclosed yard will give you enough privacy and safety for your children

There is also a large trampoline in the grass yard

There is a spacious outdoor pergola in the yard, which connects to the part of the cottage where the stable used to be

Today, the former stable serves as a covered social room and at the same time a space for storing things for leisure and sports

The living area is approx. 85 m2 with three bedrooms, a separate toilet, boiler room - gas

boiler, cleaning room, entrance hall with underfloor heating, spacious bathroom with two sinks, bathtub, shower and washing machine

Further from the corridor is the entrance to the large living room, where there is also a dining room and a kitchen equipped with all utensils

There is also a small fenced garden above the cottage

The cottage has been completely and expensively renovated in 2016. The interior equipment is all new

Note: Due to the current situation regarding travel (we do not know if we will be able to travel during the summer), it is possible that part of your stay we (both owners + 1 son) will be in the building in the attic apartment, which has a separate entrance and your stay will not limit our presence in any way won't be.

Bedrooms and rooms: 2 bedrooms with two beds each, one bedroom with one bed and a desk and a living room with a sofa bed (another two beds).

Bathroom - 2 sinks, bathtub, shower, washing machine.

Heating: Gas boiler with thermostat - central heating.

Transportation, parking: The access road is asphalt

Parking in the building for two vehicles.

Restaurant under Sibeňák - 600m (seasonal operation).

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The building is in operation all year round

Summer season from 1.6.- 30.9. Winter season from 1.12.- 30.3. The rest is out of season

The price of the stay includes: recreation fees, energy (outside the winter season), cleaning, bed linen, towels, tea towels

The stay is booked based on crediting the amount for the stay to the account

Payment is by transfer

The reservation will then be confirmed to your email

The booked stay must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival

If the stay is canceled within 14 days before the start of the stay, nothing is returned

If the stay is canceled before 14 days before the start of the stay, 70% of the amount paid for the stay is returned

A refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 is added to the price of the stay

This deposit is refundable upon completion and inspection of the building to see if it has been damaged

Non-smoking cottage

Smoking is allowed only in the yard.

Note: Due to the extreme rise in energy prices, the price for actually consumed gas and electricity will be added to the final price (32 CZK/m3 gas and 10 CZK/kWh electricity)
