STOJEČÍN is a 2-hour drive from Prague and is located in the beautiful landscape of South Bohemia

In the immediate vicinity of the cottage there is a swimming Panský rybník, deep forests teeming with life, wells, streams with everything that a wild and hitherto untamed landscape has to offer.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Arrangement of bedrooms (two walk-through rooms in the attic):

Room 1, 1 double bed 200x200 (plus cot - classic wooden white Ikea)

Room 2.3 single beds

The kitchen is fully equipped.

Sanitary facilities: We have a small but clean bathroom with a washing machine

There is a small bathtub, sink and toilet and now also a dishwasher...

She couldn't put it in the kitchen, but it's around the corner, so maybe it will please housewives like me...

We draw water from our own well, it contains a higher amount of nitrogen, so it is not suitable for infants and small children

Therefore, we recommend that you bring bottled water.

Heating: There is a storage stove and for heat lovers there is an oven in the living room, but if you want to heat it, you can only use your own briquettes

If so, you can get them at the pump in Slavonice.

Transportation, parking: ATTENTION THE VILLAGE OF STOJEČÍN - PENÍKOV IS NOT THE DESTINATION VILLAGE, YOU MUST DRIVE TO THE INTERSECTION AND THERE TAKE OUR RIGHT STOJECÍN

The cottage is the third building on the left at the entrance to the village

A big advantage is that the village is not passable

A kilometer before the village is a crossroads, from which one branch leads to Stoječín

The village therefore provides a safe environment for children to play

You can leave your car(s) in front of the main gate to the yard

It is a spacious and clear place.

Dining

In Slavonice to Besídka for lunch or dinner (they also have pizza)

In Vlastkovac, to the cyclobistro for langoustines...

It's worth a stop there!!!

In Český Rudolec, to the castle brewery for beer, and according to new reports, they have changed chefs, and of the three dishes they have there, they are all excellent and fresh!

Cottage furnishings

The cottage is perfectly equipped, but like any century-old building it can have its quirks

However, we always hand over the cottage cleaned and fully functional (without a guilty conscience).
