I cordially invite you to your cottage, located in the village of Matějovec, 3 km from Český Rudolec, in the Czech Canada Nature Park

Thanks to its location, this beautiful landscape, full of ponds, forests and meadows, for walks, hiking, cycling, mushrooming and swimming

Stay will be appreciated not only by lovers of beautiful nature, but above all those of you who need to relax, relax and recharge new strength

The cottage offers the possibility of outdoor sitting on the terrace with a grill and a wide selection of sports activities (many sports equipment is available) for a fenced, maintained garden of 700 m²

The garden will love mainly your children and dogs

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is a hall with storage space for tourist equipment, bathroom with toilet, kitchen connected to the living room (with facilities and pets) and entrance to the garden

Bicycle storage is possible in a lockable shed

There are two bedrooms on the first floor

Individual spaces are furnished functionally, you will not miss anything during your stay, so it is not necessary to pack your whole arsenal of things

Bedroom - in the first, through bedroom there are three single beds available

In the second, a separate bedroom is one double bed and two single beds, a total of four other beds

The storage spaces serve to guests of the chest of drawers, wardrobe, hanger and bedside tables

The accommodation price includes bedding, sheets and towels

Living room - a spacious living room on the ground floor serves as a common place with comfortable seating (two sofas, dining table and chairs) and as a space for fun, such as darts or satellite TV

There is a selection of board games, children's books and maps with prospectuses for trips in the area

Burning the fireplace stoves in the living room will create a pleasant atmosphere.

Sanitary facilities: The bathroom was completely renovated in 2014. It is equipped with a shower, sink & WC

It also includes towels, hairdryers, soap, toilet paper and cleaning agents.

Heating: Each room includes electric radiators

In the spacious living room on the ground floor there is a fireplace stove

Therefore, rainy weather will not surprise you - hot stoves will create a pleasant atmosphere of your home and use our selection of board games, cards or electronic arrows

The accommodation price includes consumption of wood and charcoal

There are still 2 electric heaters.

Transportation, parking: The cottage in the village of Matějovec is easily accessible by car, with the possibility of parking not only in front of the cottage (one parking space), but also in its immediate vicinity (for all other cars)

The cottage has descriptive number 19 and is located opposite the church that cannot be overlooked

In the village of Český Rudolec, only 3 minutes of driving by car, food & mixed goods are opened daily from 7: 00 to 20: 00.

Dačice, a city with complex services, is only 15 minutes by car and Jindřichův Hradec is less than half an hour.

Dining

The newly reconstructed kitchen (autumn 2021) is fully equipped with modern appliances (ceramic cooker, capsule coffee machine, four -liter remos, microwave with grill, fridge with freezer, kettle and toast) and also containers, towels & cleaning agents

The water from the municipal water supply is drinkable

On the terrace there is a grill sitting, grilling stone & fire

We are also equipped for grilling

Shops and restaurants are located in Český Rudolec (3km), Slavonice (10km), or Dačice (15km)

Food & mixed goods in Rudolec are open daily (7: 00 - 20: 00).

On the spacious terrace you have a seating area and a large garden table that can be converted into a table to ping - pong

Pleasant lunch or dinner can be prepared for grill, barbecue or fireplace

We are fully equipped for grilling and dining

), cards, quartet, memory game, chess, domino, electric arrows (pub)

- outdoor equipment - grill, fireplace with lava grill, 2x parasols, garden swing, 7x garden chairs, aluminum large garden table and 2x plastic garden table, 2 bench, wood for stove, charcoal, 8x grill fork and grilling needs

- Sports equipment: 4x ping -pong bats and balls, 4x bats and lazy tennis balls, 6x badminton missiles and cupcakes, volleyball balls and 2x football ball, frisbee, rugby ball and petanque, 2 portable football goals, 4x beachtenis bats, balls and Speedball.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

In the high season (July and August), accommodation is possible only from Saturday/Sunday to next Saturday (a total of 15 000CZK per week).

Outside the high season (May, June & September, October), different lengths of stay are possible, with the minimum number of nights being 4

The price remains the same regardless of the number of accommodation & depends on the number of nights (a total of 11 000CZK per week, 9 000CZK per weekend)

Possibilities of extended weekends and different lengths of stay (price by agreement).

I have a trade license for accommodation services - there is no problem to issue an invoice for employers.

The price includes: water consumption, charcoal & charcoal consumption, parking, bedding and sheets, towels and cleaning.

Price does not include: guests independently pay electricity consumption

On arrival & departure, the state of the meter - the average consumption during the weekly stay & full occupancy is about 50kW (the price is 12, - CZK per 1kW)

The accommodation fee paid to the village is 15,- CZK per night (for persons older than 18 years)

The fee for pets is 700,- CZK per week stay.

Cancel Conditions: To confirm your reservation, you need to pay a deposit of 40 % of the total price of stay within 7 days of ordering

This backup is irreversible

You will pay the rest of the amount, ie 60 %, 7 days before arriving in the same bank account.

Operation: In the high season, accommodation is only possible from Saturday or Sunday to the following Saturday

Arrival is possible from 15:00 (after agreement and later)

Departure and separation takes place on the following Saturday at 10:00 (after agreement is possible earlier)
