The cottage is located in the solitude of Dašov, near the village of Štěměchy, in the very heart of the Vysočina region
Dashov is situated between Třebíčí (UNESCO) and picturesque Telčí (UNESCO)
Not far from the cottage is the Mařenka lookout tower and nearby are the charming towns of Dačice, Slavonice, Jemnice, which are suitable for short trips
In Jihlava (30 km) there is a large swimming pool and an attractive ZOO
The cottage is adapted to best serve a peaceful holiday in nature and relaxation in the surrounding forests
We have kept the charm of a country cottage with a large grassy yard, i.e. the perfect enclosed play area for children, and added modern conveniences (fully equipped kitchen, grill, gazebo)

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has a total of 4 rooms, including 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a large veranda
1st bedroom - 4 beds + possibility to add a cot
2nd bedroom - 2 beds
3rd living room - possibility of folding the sofa set and using it as an extra bed
4. kitchen - fully equipped including a tiled stove and a dishwasher and a coffee machine
5th veranda - a spacious veranda with its own sitting area for 6 people
Sanitary facilities: The bathroom has a shower, a separate toilet and there is also a washing machine.
Heating: The cottage is heated by central heating with a wood-burning boiler or it is possible to heat the cottage with two tiled stoves, a tiled stove and a fireplace
In summer, you can also use electric direct heaters for moderate heating.
Transportation, parking: Parking is possible either in the barn, which can fit at least two cars, or in the yard or in front of the barn.

Price for the weekend (3 nights): CZK 8,000 up to 4 people inclusive; 9,500,- up to 7 persons inclusive
To the price of the stay for the whole year: + electricity consumption (1kW=10,- CZK); bill upon departure

Fee for a dog: CZK 1,000
The person interested in renting pays a deposit in the amount of min
50%, the rest of the price for renting the object is payable to the account of the lessor no later than 7 days before taking over the object for recreation
A deposit of CZK 1,000 for electricity is required when taking the building into use
The overpayment will be refunded at
transfer of the object to the owner
In case of cancellation 14 days in advance, 20% cancellation fee.
The cottage is taken over and handed over from the clients by the lessor (representative of the lessor)
Check-in is by appointment on the day of arrival, but no earlier than 3:00 p.m
On the day of departure, the object is taken over as agreed, but no later than 11.00 a.m.
