The newly renovated stylish cottage U Pillerů is located in the very heart of the Vysočina Region in the quiet village of Krasonice

Krasonice is located a short distance from picturesque Telč (UNESCO) and Třebíč (UNESCO)

The charming towns of Dačice, Slavonice and Jemnice are literally a few kilometers away

Nearby Moravské Budějovice and Jihlava offer large swimming pools, shops, and Jihlava also has an attractive ZOO

We have renovated our cottage so that it serves you as well as possible for a peaceful vacation

The cottage has a famous history, at one time the poet Otokar Březina stayed there

And now you can sleep with us too :-)

We have preserved the charm of a country cottage and added modern conveniences (fully equipped kitchen, wifi, swimming pool, grill...

)

We added a good dose of romance (double bed with four-poster, stylish bathroom with a large bathtub for two, wine cellar with pizza oven, large outdoor bed under the pergola by the pool, fireplace with seating under a walnut tree)

We thought of sports equipment (modern ping-pong table, grass court with volleyball or badminton net, walking line, darts), table football and hockey, 2 sandpits, 3m swimming pool, 3m trampoline, swings and if wasn't enough, so many more attractions at the nearby children's playground

Our cottage is ideal for those who like complete privacy

It is an enclosed farmstead with a spacious grassy yard, which flows seamlessly into a large fenced garden

It will provide you with undisturbed privacy and peace

You will have it all to yourself!

The cottage has 3 rooms, it's like 3+KK (living room with kitchenette, romantic bedroom, attic room) with a comfortable, stylish bathroom (large bathtub, shower, toilet) and another separate toilet

It comfortably accommodates 7 people in three rooms

But if there were more of you, or if you wanted more privacy among yourselves, you can also rent a separate room

Vejminek is actually a separate apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, another toilet and a large room

The room is dominated by an XXL romantic four-poster bed and also a beautiful tiled stove

Part of the cottage is a large covered pergola, which we claim is our biggest and nicest room

From the pergola you enter the cottage and the outhouse

The view from the pergola to the garden is not to be missed

Here you will have a magical breakfast, relax after lunch and drink good wine in the evening

Here you have a large folding table, a sideboard and sitting (I prefer lying down) on a comfortable sofa - an ideal place for a coffee after lunch :-)

I like to spend the night here, it's divine..

Anyone who wants to enjoy the atmosphere of an old vaulted wine cellar should have it

Even with a pizza oven, in which we like to bake homemade bread, ribs and pizza

(recipes can be found at the cottage)

We also have a rich herb garden for you, growing mint (for mochito :-), basil, sage, lavender, but also chives and parsley for soup and about ten other herbs that are guaranteed to be known mainly by cooks and grill masters.

Bedrooms and rooms: Main building:

Romantic bedroom with four-poster double bed and extra bed

Two new modern sofa beds will provide comfortable sleeping for 2-3 people

Vejminek - separate entrance from the pergola

This separate apartment with a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and a large room allows you to sleep in another large double bed with four-posters, there is a cot available and one bed in the kitchen.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is a stylish bathroom with a free-standing larger bathtub, a wood-paneled shower corner, and a wall-mounted toilet

For our loved ones who like warmth, there is an electrically heated floor and a heating ladder in the bathroom

Thermostatic faucets in the shower and bathtub ensure safe use even for children

There is also another separate toilet.

Heating: The cottage is heated by a tiled stove (a wonderful view of the fire, especially for romantic souls)

The stove is equipped with an exchanger, so you are warmed by radiators in the other rooms

The bathroom has underfloor heating and a heating ladder.

Transportation, parking: Parking for up to 4 cars is in the closed courtyard under the roof

If, God forbid, it rains, you park under the roof, get out, unpack and walk to the rooms with dry feet on the sidewalk :-).

Dining

You have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal (induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, crazy amount of pots and dishes

(for example, a goose roaster if you want to try our pizza oven in the wine cellar)

Shop in Krasonice - 150 meters from the kitchen

Restaurant: Nová Říše 4 km, Bohuslavice 5 km - stylovka.

Inside:

Fully equipped kitchenette: induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, dishes

Living room: wifi (wifi coverage is everywhere)

A modern automatic washing machine is available at the cottage

The barn (we call it the gym):

Ping pong table with equipment, footballs, darts, table hockey, pétanque, cricket, lots of board games, even Don't Be Angry Man and Roulette

School blackboard with chalk for painting and writing down the running score in the pinc :-)

Outdoors:

The enclosed grassy yard and the extensive garden will provide you with enough privacy for relaxation as well as places for your sports activities

A spacious covered pergola with a large table and seating for coffee - a comfortable sofa bed

(you have a coffee and then you fall asleep like a toddler..

)

The second pergola is by the pool in the garden

There is a large bed under it, used for sunbathing, reading, meditation and snuggling (we travelers call it a rock house)

Within easy reach of the pergola is a 3 meter diameter pool with sand filtration

It's simply a place for summer relaxation: Moms sunbathe on a giant bed, children play in the pool with a duckling, dad builds a castle in the sandpit

A large fenced garden with a grass area (30 x 50 m): you can use it as a field for football or volleyball or badbinton - the net is stretched, and balls and rackets are available at the cottage

I've also stretched a SlackLine for you - you can use it to train walking on a tightrope

Groups up to 7 people inclusive: CZK 23,900.

More people: If there are more than 7 of you, count on renting a cottage and a vejmink (apartment).

(you can rent a vejminka even if there will be less than 7 of you)

Cottage with cottage: CZK 29,900 (in addition, a large stylish bedroom, second kitchen, additional bathroom with toilet)

The capacity is 10 beds in 4 bedrooms + 2 extra beds, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets.

Weekends: from Thursday (!) to Sunday (3 nights)
