The cottage Nekořský Mlýn is located in the valley of the foothills of the Eagle Mountains, near the Pastvinská Reservoir, by the Nekořský stream, in the very center of the quiet village of Nekoř

The cottage is within driving distance of the ski resorts of Česká Petrovice, Říčky v Orl

mountains, Čenkovice, Dolní Morava, Červená Voda

The cottage is spacious, reconstructed from an old mill, suitable for family recreation, for which it is also adapted, it is not suitable and we do not even prefer company parties, large parties, weddings, fireworks (except 31.12.) The cottage has a total of 5 rooms, of which 4 bedrooms on sleep

There is a living room with a fully equipped large kitchen (large stove, large oven, microwave, espresso,

kettle, fridge 3x, freezer and an old tap that is only decorative, seating at a table for 12 people, a sofa, an armchair and a tiled stove, a large smart LED TV, connected to the Internet

On the ground floor of the cottage there is 1 separate bedroom with 4 beds, in the attic there are 3 separate bedrooms with 4, 4 and 2 beds, 2 x bathrooms and 3 x toilets

There are also 2 x cots and 2 x high chairs

In front of the cottage there is outdoor seating under a parasol with a charcoal grill (May - October)

You can also use the swimming pool (with the exception of climatic conditions, heat - the swimming pool is in operation, severe frost - the pool freezes, etc.

) Wood for the barrel is charged according to the price list, approx. 200 CZK, a larger crate

Consumption of approx. 2 - 3 crates per weekend

From the terrace, you can watch your children playing on the 6x6m children's playground with slides, a 4m trampoline, or in the 5.5 x 2.7m above-ground pool with 17m3 of water (pool in operation from mid-June to mid-September, depending on the weather)

A vast garden with spruce and pine trees offers various nooks and crannies.

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has a total of 5 rooms, of which 4 are bedrooms for sleeping

On the ground floor of the cottage there is a large living room with a kitchen, then 1 separate bedroom with 4 beds, in the attic there are 3 separate bedrooms with 4, 4 and 2 beds.

Sanitary facilities: The cottage has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets

On the ground floor of the cottage there is 1x green bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, 1x separate toilet near the kitchen

In the attic, 1 x black and white bathroom with shower and toilet.

Heating: The cottage is heated by an automatic boiler with modern radiators, and a tiled stove will brighten up your stay.

Transportation, parking: Free parking in the building.

Dining

Konzum and restaurant U Mostu are located near the cottage

A little further in Letohrad, there is a supermarket and restaurant Sauna, Tvrz and others.

Energy is included in the rental price, cleaning and bed linen are included in the rental price

Maximum number of 12 people when renting the entire building, including children aged 2 and over

Children under 2 years free, without the right to a separate bed

2 cots are available for rent free of charge, without bedding

Additional persons (over 12 persons) are possible by agreement for an additional charge of CZK 500 per person/night, maximum one person, exceptionally two persons

Wood in a barrel charged CZK 200 for a larger crate - approx. 2 crates needed for the weekend

Towels and bath towels, please bring your own

We require a deposit of CZK 5,000 to reserve the rental date, which is further used as a deposit

The deposit is fully refundable after the end of the stay, in case there is no damage to the equipment or object

In the event that the cottage is soiled beyond normal use, a fee of CZK 2,000 will be deducted from the deposit for delayed cleaning

Until the deposit is paid, the date is still offered and not reserved

Free parking for up to 6 vehicles in the building.
