Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is one double room equipped with original furniture, so beds are separate and shorter (mattresses are new and comfortable)

Bed tables, large wardrobe, old sewing machine and pictures of our ancestors complete the atmosphere of human history

Here you will also find a corner with domestic products and products of our children, which you can buy if you are interested to have a memory of stay spent in our country

On the floor of the mill there are three other double rooms…

The first room is tiny yet very cozy

It leads stairs up where there is space to rest and any "disappearance from sight"

The second room is also two -storey

The lower floor is resident with the couch, armchair, pouffe and historic cabinet

The original stairs lead to the attic where you can save to sleep

The third room is equipped with a double rattan bed, a chair and an old shelf locker

The fourth room offers a large bright two -storey space with a partially open track

On the lower floor there are two beds, a large original historic wardrobe, armchair and couch

On the partially open floor there are two more places intended for sleep.

Sanitary facilities: In our mill is a bathroom equipped with a sink, shower and toilet

Is absolutely sufficient for personal hygiene of all accommodated

It is also possible to use the stream for morning hygiene

The space at the weir offers romantic experiences in sunrise, which you and your children do not know in the city.

Heating: On the mill is heated by electric heaters

There are large stoves in the residential mill with the possibility of looking at the fire and rest, or even sleeping on an oven.

Transportation, parking: It is parking about 80m from the mill

If you would like to go for something good, we recommend Kašpar's cottage on Adam with a great view of Poland, the Orlické Mountains and Kralický Sněžník, sometimes to Praděd

Mountain hut at the crossroads is the certainty of being devoted to you and enjoying

The sport of the area in the middle of the village is a great buffet, also with excellent gastronomy, as well as on the lookout tower of Amálka, where you can sit in chairs, or rolle just in the meadow.

Cottage furnishings

Common space: The living room in the old mill with a large comfortable sofa encourages digestion together with a look into the fireplace

This is part of a large furnace to sleep

We prefer to look into the fire over TV watching, so it is not in the mill object

We recommend that you enjoy the time spent with friends without civilization conveniences

In addition to the old, now unused bread furnaces, the kitchen is furnished in style, yet using all modern kitchen appliances - ceramic hob, electric and microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kitchen boxes and large dining table for 12 persons

Cellar: well -preserved arched cellar ceilings offer space for both relaxation and storage of wood, food and your bikes or prams

We do not support our holidaymakers to operate on off -road bikes or quads, so these machines into our building, please do

We try to live in harmony with nature and respect the peace of our village with regard to the life of not only people but also game around us

Outdoor seating: In a covered outdoor seating you can spend moments of well -being, rest or meeting up to 12 - those people

It is possible to grill here on a small portable grill, watch the stars in the sky, or have breakfast, have lunch and have a coffee…

Tee Pee: In summer, we have a tee pee built that can be used for games, rest and even to sleep

A small fire can create a pleasant atmosphere at night…

Turk: Not only in the winter months you can use a whirlpool to rest, warm up, or to regenerate after a good day

You can open the door wide open and observe the sun's rays, drops of rain, or flying snowflakes

Climbing Wall: On the back wall of the outdoor seating is a climbing wall

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The accommodation reservation is valid after payment of 50% of the total amount.

The remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before joining accommodation

Cancel Conditions:

When canceling a reservation 60 or more days before the date of commencement of stay with cancellation fee does not charge

If the reservation is canceled 30 to 59 days before the date of commencement, the cancellation fee is 50% of the advance.

If the reservation is canceled 14 to 29 days before the date of commencement, the cancellation fee is 80% of the advance.

When you cancel the reservation less than 14 days before the date of commencement, the cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit

If the client does not arrive on the day of entering Scholz's mill, the reservation expires and the client is obliged to pay a cancellation fee of 100% of the advance and a supplement.

Deposit 5.000,- will be collected in cash on arrival and returned on departure after checking the mill and finding that everything is fine

The price does not include the fee for the municipality for an adult 20,- CZK per night.
