The cottage is built on a plot of 3000 m2, at a distance of 60 m from the main road, with access to the forest and pond
The entire building consists of two mirror-image independent apartments that can be combined or divided as needed
The common areas are a hall with another toilet and a cellar with an anteroom equipped with a fireplace
Next to the cellar is an infrared sauna with a shower
The offer also includes the possibility of using accessories around the cottage - 2 swings, a trampoline, a pool for children and adults, a swing bench, a children's ladder,
6x12 m playground with artificial surface (volleyball, netball, basketball), ping-pong table, drawing board for children, sandpit, fireplace seating, fireplace and detailed large map of the surroundings.
Bedrooms and rooms: The hall is a common room for both apartments
Through the entrance door, you first enter the vestibule and then the hall
This leads through the center of the cottage and at the opposite end is the back door
From the hall you can enter the individual apartments and the veranda with a view of the surroundings
The living room flows smoothly into the dining room with the kitchen
It is equipped with two comfortable sofas and an armchair, a coffee table, a TV and a radio, but there is also a tiled stove and or a fireplace
The kitchen is stylishly furnished and equipped - fridge with freezer, electric oven with glass ceramic hob, hood, microwave oven, kettle, common dishes and a pantry
The kitchen is connected to the dining room and living room
The bedrooms are in the attic and each apartment has two
Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and one single bed, including wardrobes for clothes
There is one cot in each apartment.
Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a bathroom in the attic next to the bedroom and a separate toilet
Again, it offers superior equipment and space
A spacious corner bathtub, a sink with the necessary cabinet and a counter under the mirror.
Heating: One living room is equipped with a tiled stove, the other living room is equipped with a fireplace and a tiled stove
However, it is not necessary to use these sources of pleasant heat as the main source of heating, because there is central heating in the whole house, which without any effort will provide comfortable heat even in freezing cold.

To make moments of rest more pleasant, the cottage offers a stylishly furnished wine cellar with an antechamber

The fireplace is sure to provide not only pleasant warmth, but also completes romantic moments looking into the fire with the sound of crackling wood

Prices are for one apartment (1 apartment = 6 people)
The minimum length of stay is 2 days

The price includes: bedding, towels, tea towels, towels, hygiene items, cleaning of the apartment, water consumption
Rental of a baby cot including bed linen 120 CZK/stay
The fee for electricity and gas is not included in the price (heating of the building, including water heating, is gas)
The resort fee to the village is not included in the accommodation price
Children under 15 do not pay the fee

Sauna is not included in the price of the stay, weekly use for a flat rate of CZK 200 (unlimited number of entries)
On the third visit to the facility, the sauna is free
A refundable security deposit of CZK 2,000 is paid in advance, which will be paid at the end of the stay.
