The cottage is located on hiking trails, 200m from the Svratka golf course, 300m from the Žďas hotel, where wellness and catering are available

Swimming in nature is possible in Svratouch and Svratka

In winter, the Žďas hotel has a ski lift with lighting and snowmaking

Cross-country trails around, maintained trails start in Svratka.

For the outdoors, the barn has wooden furniture that can be carried around
