The new cottage is located in the village of Králíky, part of Dolní Hedeč, upper part near the monastery

We offer year-round stays, preferably weekly

Heated with a heat pump all year round, without maintenance! Cottage Hedeč 11 offers 180m² of usable space

There is a large garden, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 x separate toilets, 2 x bathrooms, a common room with three relaxation zones (large table for 14 people, darts, bar, card table for 4 people)

The bedrooms are located on the first floor

The cottage is located near the Dolní Morava and Ski Bukovka ski areas, Červená voda, and is also located on cross-country and cycling routes

There is: a room for storing skis, ski boots, a dryer and heaters for boots and ski boots, electric

clothes dryer, LOCKING BIKES for up to 14 BIKES!

Transportation, parking: The cottage is located right next to the access road, parking is possible right next to the property for 4 cars in winter, up to 6 cars in summer.

The price does not include:

- stay fees CZK 20/1 day/1 adult,

- price of bed linen CZK 700 for 14 beds,

- cleaning fee CZK 1,200.

Prices include utilities.

Weekend stays, extended weekends and stays according to customer needs (outside the weekly cycle) - advance agreement required, write!

Refundable deposit CZK 3,000.

Dogs are allowed only by prior arrangement.

In case of cancellation of stay due to covid government regulations - ZERO CANCELLATION FEES.
