The U dvů Studánek cottage is located on the border of the Orlické mountains and the Jeseník mountains in the village of Červená voda, part of Horní Orlice

A stylishly furnished cottage with a capacity of up to 15 people, in the heart of nature in Kralické Sněžník, has 4 bedrooms, a spacious common room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 toilets

The dominant feature of the cottage is a beautiful covered outdoor terrace with seating, a ceramic grill, an outdoor fireplace with a view directly into the woods and nature

The entire complex includes two unfenced swimming lakes, a luxurious Finnish sauna with a relaxation room, a Whirlpool whirlpool and a heated bathing barrel

For children, we offer a playground with a slide, swings, climbing wall, trampoline, sandpit, playground for social games not only for children

In the fully comfortably equipped common room, you can play billiards, table football, darts or relax by the indoor fireplace with your friends

If you want to spend time outside the cottage in the winter, there are modern ski areas, cross-country trails and in the summer the possibility of cycling, hiking, mushroom picking or swimming.

An ideal place to meet family or friends

It can also be used for various sports camps or corporate events

Pets are unfortunately prohibited until further notice

There is an apartment in the property for a caretaker, who takes care of the property, so she is always present, but does not interfere in any way with your recreation

She is the owner of two dogs who will not limit you in any way.

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage for rent offers accommodation for 1 to 13 people in 4 separate bedrooms

2 cots are available

Common room: spacious couch - possibility to sleep 2 people (capacity 15 people)

Bedroom 1: double bed 1 x

Bedroom 2: 1x double bed (possibility of cot)

Bedroom 3: 1 x double bed + 1 x bunk bed (possibility of cot)

Bedroom 4: 1 x single bed + 2 x bunk beds

The common room is equipped with a spacious sofa, a dominant dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor fireplace, billiards, table football, darts

The outdoor terrace offers covered seating, a ceramic grill, and an outdoor fireplace

The complex has a Finnish sauna, a relaxation room, swimming pools, a Whirlpool hot tub, a heated hot tub

For children, we offer a playground with a slide, swings, a sandpit, a trampoline and a playground for social games.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with shower, 2x WC.

Heating: Solid fuel and electric central boiler, the building has a large fireplace in the common room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, kettle, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave

Possibility of eating in nearby restaurants in the area

The water is not recommended for direct consumption

We recommend drinking bottled water.

The price does not include consumed electricity and the fee for wood for heating

We also require a refundable deposit for pool accessories (balls and cues), the refundable deposit is CZK 1,000

In case of heavy soiling, we will require a final cleaning fee of CZK 2,000.
