The cottage is located in the picturesque environment of the Ore Mountains in the township of Kovářská

Stands on a meadow by a quiet road near the forest

After the expulsion of the Germans who lived here, it worked as a stables

Hence the name of her name

The stables maintain elements of traditional mountain architecture that combines with modern architecture

So you will feel comfortable and comfortable inside, but at the same time you will feel the past and the mountain environment

The cottage is surrounded by a meadow, through a large window from the living room you can observe the ropes that are learned to come here

Cottage is ideal for family recreation, larger groups or even for celebrations, teambuilding, exercise stays etc.

Ten minutes of drive from the cottage is the Klínovec, where you skim in winter and in the summer you can descend on a bike on the modified trails of all difficulty levels

There are plenty of hiking and ski trails near the cottage

After the performance you will appreciate the relaxation in the Finnish sauna with a spacious rest room equipped with shower, ice vats and sun loungers

In the summer you can grill on the spacious sun terrace or make a party in the attic, where you will find a bar with a refrigerator and bar, sitting, table tennis, table football and built -in speakers.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a technical room with a washing machine, a shoe dryer and a ski or bicycle stand, a formal space with a kitchen, a dining room and a living room, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower and a Finnish sauna with a spacious rest room

You will find a kitchen with an island, a large dining table, sofa for L, TV, fireplace and large window with the possibility of sitting in it

Six people can fit into the sauna, there is the possibility of filling the ice vat or using the shower

You will relax on deckchairs or on the bench in a rest room

There is also a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor

On the second floor are four bedrooms, each with a double bed and a folding couch (the number of beds in the house up to 18)

You will also find a bathroom with a bath and toilet

The attic remained open as one large space for entertainment

There is a bar with a refrigerator, couches and tables for sitting, a ping -pong table, a table football, and in the ceiling are built -in speakers

The bar also includes a cooling tap, a barrel of beer in case of interest.

Sanitary facilities: One separate toilet, bathroom with shower on the ground floor, sauna with shower and bathroom with bath and toilet on the floor

Towels and sheets for sauna are available

Heating: Central heating with a heat pump and electric boiler and in the living room also a fireplace with an exchanger allowing heating the whole building.

Transportation, parking: Possibility of parking for more cars in front of the cottage, arrival on the asphalt road to the building.

Rental Price includes:

The rental price does not include:

- Local fee for recreational stay: 20CZK/OS/day

- Electric energy costs

- basic cleaning (wash dishes, undress bed linen, vacuum, take garbage); If the client does not perform this basic cleaning, the landlord may request a fee of CZK 2,500

Payment terms, cancellation terms:

Deposit: 20% of the rental price

Reservation is binding only after payment of advance on account

A surcharge no later than 30 days before boarding

Cancel Conditions:

The deposit is irreversible

Refundable deposit of 5000CZK for any damage to the object and device

Payment on site on the day of arrival

Check in 16.00 o'clock
