The cottage underwent a complete renovation in 2022 and thus offers new, more comfortable layouts and equipment

You will find it in the center of the village of Boží Dar in the Ore Mountains

In the summer season, a house for storing bicycles and a summer terrace with a grill are available

An altitude of 1028m makes Boží Dar the highest town in the Czech Republic, located in close proximity to the highest mountain of the Ore Mountains, Klínovce (1244m).

The great accessibility of the cottage, all civic amenities at your fingertips, easy and quick access to ski centers and cross-country or cycling tracks, enhances the convenience of a private parking for 4 cars reserved only for our guests

Chata Iva is part of the traditional development of the village and has its unmistakable mountain charisma

It is an ideal place where families and friends have been meeting for many years in privacy and without disturbing the well-being of strangers

Here you will find all the necessary background and equipment for a comfortable stay, and especially the spacious common room with a fireplace, which is its heart.

We provide bed linen in the price of accommodation

A towel is available in the bathrooms, we do not provide towels

GROUND FLOOR: Entrance hall with facilities, common room, kitchen.

Sanitary facilities: All rooms have their own bathroom with toilet

Bath towels and hand towels are available.

Heating: Central with the possibility of regulating radiators in the rooms and in common areas

Heated shoe dryer in the entrance cloakroom.

Transportation, parking: Private parking for 4-5 cars next to the cottage + we have a permit for parking 2 cars in the square about 100m from the cottage.

Within 200m from the cottage there are a number of quality, affordable and pleasant restaurants - we are happy to recommend them

Cabin furnishings

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped - fridge, electric 4-burner stove with oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave

All crockery and inventory in sufficient numbers including dishwasher tablets and tea towels

Common room - fireplace, TV, chairs and benches at tables with space for up to 18 people

Skis to be stored in the entrance hall - ski room.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The cottage is always rented as a whole.

Year-round operation

Maximum capacity 17 people.

In the winter season and during the spring holidays, we only offer accommodation for 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday

Outside of the spring holidays, during the winter season, for a minimum of 3 nights.

In the summer season, the minimum stay is 2 nights.

The price includes energy consumption, parking, bed linen and a dose of firewood for the fireplace.

The price does not include municipal fees of 50 CZK/person/night for an adult.

The reservation fee of CZK 10,000 also serves as a refundable deposit and is settled upon departure.

Note

: Part of the cottage is also the owner's private apartment, which he occasionally uses, especially at the weekend, to clean the cottage

The apartment uses the same entrance to the house, but is otherwise completely separate to preserve the privacy of both parties.
