Cottage in a picturesque part of the village of Ferdinandov in Hejnice in the Jizera Mountains

The pleasant environment, peace and close proximity to nature invites all those interested to spend pleasant moments of rest, recreation or vacation

The cottage is newly equipped after a complete reconstruction in

2016 and renovation of floor coverings, equipment in 2022. In the garden there is a trampoline for children, the possibility of grilling, making a fire in a drum and a tap-cooling device (2 taps) for draft beer (we can lend you tapers, "pilsen", "iron" on request) and "kofola") for private celebrations, meetings of graduates, musicians, larger groups of friends, etc

The cottage has its own bicycle storage room, billiards, darts, trampoline, sandpit and outdoor pool

There is also a cottage under the waterfalls on the property, which has a separate sitting area with a grill, separated by a green screen

On request, it is possible to rent both objects in the given period, if they are currently available at a discounted price together.

Bedrooms and rooms: Ground floor: common room with kitchen and bar and one separate room for 6 people (social facilities are common to the entire ground floor)

The first floor is accessible via a wooden staircase - there are 3 separate bedrooms (for 4, 3 and 7 people).

Sanitary facilities: Ground floor - separate toilets, 2 shower rooms with washing machine

First floor - bathroom with shower and toilet.

Heating: The building is automatically heated by a heat pump throughout the season on an outdoor sensor - automatic.

Transportation, parking: Accessibility by car 25 km from Liberec

Number of parking spaces in the garden of the building 10.

Dining

Restaurant U Tetřeva (50 m from the building) - lunches, dinners, hot and cold Czech cuisine.

Cottage furnishings

The cottage is completely newly equipped after a complete reconstruction in

2016, renewed floor coverings, retrofitted with a sofa set and new solid wood bunk beds in 2022. In the garden there is a trampoline for children, the possibility of grilling, 2 drinks on tap at the same time on the Lindr cooling tap device, e.g.

for private celebrations, meetings of friends, musicians and interest groups, etc

The cottage has its own bicycle storage room, billiards, automatic darts and an outdoor pool.

Rental of the entire object / maximum number of 20 people / minimum rental period of 2 days:

4,900 to 12,400 CZK depending on the number of nights (2 days 6,200 CZK /; 3 or more days 4,900 CZK / per 1 day)

Children under 2 years old free of charge without bed and linen

The refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 paid on the day of arrival will be returned upon departure

The rental price includes - water and electricity consumption

Meals - possibility to re-order on the spot from the building manager in the nearby U Tetřeva restaurant

Deposit for stay 50% of the total price, payable within 3 days of making the reservation to account 6677745319/0800. Cancellation fee (upon cancellation of the reservation - the deposit is forfeited)

Additional billing of electricity consumption and payment for it will take place after the end of the stay when the object is handed over to the owner based on the reading from the electricity meter for the object

(number on departure - number on arrival), the price is CZK 6 / kWh above the 23 kWh / day.
