We offer private accommodation in a spacious Art Nouveau house with a garden for up to 17 people (+1 extra bed)

Our family guesthouse "Josefáč" is located in the village of Josefův Důl - a quiet location in the Jizera Mountains with plenty of sports and relaxation opportunities

The accommodation is suitable for group stays, the possibility of parking on the property's private property

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The accommodation is located on the 1st floor and is intended for a group of min 8 and max 17 people in 4 rooms

Each room has its own separate entrance from the common corridor and is impassable

There is an entrance to the roofless terrace from the common corridor

1st room: 1x double bed + 1x bunk bed

2nd room: 1x double bed + 2x bunk beds

3rd room: 1x double bed + possibility of extra bed (semi-circular balcony and TV)

4th room: 3x bed + 1x bunk bed

Room equipment: wardrobe, beds, double beds have memory foam pads, bed linen (without towels and bath towels).

Sanitary facilities: There are two bathrooms available in the common corridor on the 1st floor:

1st bathroom: large shower for 2 people, sink, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer

2nd bathroom: shower box with toilet, sink

1x separate toilet (entrance from the corridor).

Heating: Gas central heating

Transportation, parking: Parking on the property's private property.

In the vicinity you will find restaurants, bowling

Possibility of purchase in a nearby general store

A quaint cafe within walking distance of 5 minutes.

Cottage furnishings

In the basement of the house there is a newly equipped large kitchen with a common room and TV, a separate toilet

The kitchen has: 2x induction cooker + 1x hob; 2x small fridge with freezer, electric kettle, microwave oven, Tassimo Bosch capsule coffee machine, dishwasher (2x washing-up tablets available), dishwashing detergent + tea towels

WiFi connection included in the price

Bike and ski storage in a lockable garage on the property

Pleasant covered sitting area behind the house - possibility of a grill (open fireplace)

Children's climbing frame with slide, trampoline

BY AGREEMENT WITH THE OWNER:

Dog allowed for an additional fee of 100 CZK/dog/day

The possibility of using a private sauna for 4 people - 1.5 hours for 1,000 CZK

The possibility of renting a tap.
