dum35.cz ) is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Brdo, right on the Máchovka hiking trail, connecting Nova Paka with Kumburk Castle
The castle is a stone's throw from the house, and it's a beautiful walk through meadows and woods
It would be a shame not to climb all the way up the castle gate to the highest point of the castle, because the view is simply worth it
To the north you can enjoy the view of the Krkonoše mountains, to the south you can see the Bohemian Paradise, in the west you may see the Liberecký Ještěd over the Tábor and Kozákov hills and the Zvičina hill in the east behind Nova Paka
The first mention of house no
35 in the Brda Chronicle is from 1730, so the house still remembers the period of the castle lords from Kumburk
During the reconstruction that took place in previous years, we tried to preserve the appearance of the village building, while at the same time creating a pleasant and comfortable environment
House no
35 can accommodate 12 guests simultaneously in three completely separate apartments
Each apartment has a room with a kitchen, sanitary facilities and a bedroom for four guests, or
the fifth on a full-size extra bed
One apartment is on the ground floor and is partially wheelchair accessible
The other two apartments are attics facing southeast and southwest
If you come in a larger group with family or friends, you can have the whole house to yourself
For some, it will certainly be more convenient to stay in one of the apartments with the possibility to use all common areas
On the ground floor of the house, you can play billiards in the large common room, or just get together with friends and enjoy the view of the garden
The common room is immediately connected to the terrace, which will surely be a popular place for drinking your morning coffee on sunny days
If a cloud appears and it rains, it doesn't matter because the barn awaits you with spacious covered seating, a fireplace, table tennis, electronic darts and a punching bag
Afternoon coffee can be by the above-ground pool for a change
The surroundings of the house offer many opportunities for trips for enthusiastic cyclists, hikers, mushroom pickers, fishermen or simply for everyone who likes to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city in beautiful nature.

35 are three completely separate apartments, accessible from the entrance hall and corridor
Each apartment has a corridor, private bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with equipped kitchen and bedroom
Each bedroom has one double bed and two single beds
The capacity of each apartment is four beds, the whole house 12. After prior agreement, it is possible to "refurbish" the apartment with one extra bed and a cot.
Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a separate bathroom with shower, wall-mounted toilet and sink
Another toilet with a sink is also in the entrance hall.
Heating: The object is heated by a central electric boiler or a fireplace stove with a hot water exchanger.
Transportation, parking: The house is easily accessible even in winter
It is parked directly in a fenced building on a paved area.
Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, kettle and utensils for everyday cooking
There is also a Nespresso coffee machine
Shops and restaurants are closest in Nové Paca (3km)
The Klepanda pub 3 km from the house, behind Kumburk Castle, is also popular.

If one or two guests stay in the apartment, we will calculate the price on request.
The price does not include electricity consumption (according to the actual consumption according to the electricity meter), towels and bath towels.
The price includes water consumption, bed linen, wood for the fireplace (one basket), additional for a fee, parking on a paved surface in the building, final cleaning.
(We only require cleaning the dishes, the fridge, removing the bedding, taking out the baskets)
Recreation fee 10 CZK/bed and night.
