After a year of hard work, a move up again

A brand new games room with billiards, ping pong table, table football, darts, children's corner and a two-story house, a kitchen, seating by the fireplace and, of course, a proper football TV for the guys, has been added to our premises

A beautiful cottage in a peasant style, with a stylish

furniture from the first republic looks very impressive

The cottage is located 500m beyond the Czech border, a short distance from the well-known thoroughfare to the largest and most equipped ski resort Javor www .arber.de

The cottage is set into the rock on the hillside, from a distance it looks like cascades

At the cottage there is a newly built beautiful and stylish terrace (100m²) from which there is a wonderful view of the majestic Mount Javor (Arber)

The cottage and terrace is built on the south side, the sun shines all day on the terrace and a significant part of the cottage

The entire building was newly renovated in 2018.

The cottage is heated by a new heat pump, which heats the water for the radiators and the boiler

It is possible to use a tiled stove in the living room, dining room and kitchen

The cottage has three habitable floors, the rooms are equipped with traditional furniture, the wall paneling is mostly made of wood and rustic plaster, the floors are 80% made of high-quality wood, and the sauna and relaxation zone have large-format tiles.

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has three floors

In the first, there is a wonderful sauna for 8 people, a luxurious shower set with massage jets, rain and also a cooling bucket

There is also a separate toilet with a sink

The floor is divided into a sauna and a relaxation area

There are two corner benches with a table and relaxing beds, again in the folk style of furniture from the 1st Republic

There is an entrance to a beautiful and large terrace

Stairs lead to the main part of the cottage on the 2nd floor

Here is a large living room connected to the dining room and kitchen

Here again there is a corner bench with a table, a large dining table with chairs and a sturdy sofa set with a coffee table

The kitchen is made of solid wood and has all the appliances that every modern woman needs, incl

dishwashers

In the middle of the room is a beautiful tiled stove where you can warm up after a day of skiing

The main entrance to the building is also on the 2nd floor

After entering the cottage, there is a large dressing room on the left

There is also a separate toilet on the first floor, a bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub

Next to the bathroom is a bedroom for 2 people

Further stairs from the hall lead to the attic, 3rd floor

Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with one sink, toilet and shower.

The following must be added to the price: sauna energy consumption (separate electricity meter), cleaning NOK 3,500, dog NOK 500/stay

Local fee for air transport: adult 2 euros person/day, child 1 euro person/day, children under 6 free

Creation of a card for free use of local Waldbahn train connections, free ski bus to Arber, discounts to the water park in Zwiessel and many other discounts.

Refundable deposit 10,000.

In the high season, accommodation is only possible from 7 nights.
