The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet is a matter of course

In the summer we offer the option of storing bikes, in winter skis

Be sure not to leave skis or bikes in the car

Parking space for 4 cars right next to the house, other parking spaces approx. 20m from the house, away from the main road

In the winter season, winter equipment is necessary, and if it snows heavily, chains are sometimes necessary

We sort waste and our apartments are non-smoking.

Bedrooms and rooms: The green apartment has 1 bedroom with three beds, a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the parking lot

The pink apartment has two bedrooms with a total of five beds, a kitchen, a covered terrace accessible from the kitchen and a balcony facing the parking lot

The white apartment has two bedrooms with a total of four beds, a kitchen and a terrace (summer only)

In the summer, this apartment has its own entrance, in the winter you walk through the winter entrance common to all apartments

The yellow apartment has two bedrooms with a total of four beds, in one of the bedrooms there is a larger dining table, a kitchen and a terrace with a parasol (summer only)

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a bathroom with a shower, sink, mirror, hair dryer, heating - a ladder for drying things and a toilet.

Heating: All apartments have central heating

The yellow apartment also has a fireplace.

Transportation, parking: By car, you can drive right in front of the entrance door, and the bus and train are within walking distance (500 m from the train from the ŽELEZNÁ RUDA CENTRUM station, 900 m from the bus)

A transfer from the train or bus is possible upon agreement.

Dining

Shopping options 10 minutes on foot, stylish restaurant with famous cuisine "OSVĚŽOVNA KANDAHÁR" 250m, another restaurant 350m

Fast and great dining is in the center at the buffet in the COOP building

The stylish restaurant with Czech cuisine "U RUDOLFA II" and the now famous restaurant "U ZLOMENÉ LYŽE" are approx. 800 m away, as is the hotel restaurant "BÖHMERWALD" with unique COUNTRY pizza

If possible, we will be happy to bring you fresh pastries for breakfast.

In the equipment of the apartments, you will find everything you need to prepare your own food

Fridge, cooker, kettle, satellite TV, three apartments have retractable external blinds

The floors in the kitchens are made of tiles, in the bedrooms there is a new vinyl floor with wood imitation decor

In addition to storage options for skis, the ski room also offers a heated rack for 16 pairs of shoes

When renting all apartments for one group, it is possible to sit in the heated entrance hall, where you can also place a keg with a tap.

The listed prices are for an apartment occupied by two people

Prices increase when additional beds are occupied.

Year-round operation

Possibility of accommodation even for the weekend

New Year's Eve stays for at least 5 nights

Christmas stays for at least 4 nights

Summer and spring holidays minimum stay of 5 nights.

The price "from" is for the smallest apartment occupied by two people, when occupied by more people, the price increases for each additional person. If you are interested, we will be happy to calculate your price

The local tourist tax of CZK 30/night, which is paid by persons over 18 years of age, is not included in the price;

dog fee 150 CZK/day;

In case of cancellation less than 45 days before the date of stay, we keep the deposit for 6 months and guests have the option to choose an alternative date during the period when they are free

If they do not choose an alternative date even within 6 months, the deposit will be forfeited

in summer it is possible to use the grill with sitting in the garden by agreement;

you pay CZK 100 per day for children under 2 years of age without the right to their own bed.
