Cottage after complete reconstruction (2004) on a site with a beautiful view of Velký Javor and Železnorudské valley. In a quiet position 60 m from the main road. Well-kept garden with barbecue allows direct access to the forest (in summer blueberry plantation behind the fence). Possibility of sunbathing on the maintained lawn. The apartments provide accommodation for 2 - 5 people. Kitchen equipped with everything you need, of course there is a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. In summer we offer bicycle storage, in winter skiing. Be sure not to leave your skis or bikes in the car.

Parking for 4 cars right next to the house, other parking spaces about 20m from the house, away from the main road. In the winter season, winter equipment is necessary, and if it snows heavily, it is sometimes necessary to use chains. We sort waste and our apartments are non-smoking.

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: The green apartment has 1 bedroom with three beds, living kitchen and balcony, oriented above the parking lot.

The pink apartment has two bedrooms with a total of five beds, a living kitchen, a covered terrace, accessible from the kitchen and a balcony facing the parking lot.

The white apartment has two bedrooms with a total of four beds, kitchen and terrace (summer only). In summer this apartment has its own entrance, in winter there is a winter entrance common to all apartments.

The yellow apartment has two bedrooms with a total of four beds, one of the bedrooms has a larger dining table, kitchen and terrace with parasol (summer only). In summer, this apartment has its own entrance, in winter there is a winter entrance common to all apartments.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, hair dryer, heating - ladder for drying things and toilet is in each apartment.

Heating: All apartments have central heating. The yellow apartment also has a fireplace.

Transportation, parking: You can drive directly in front of the front door and the bus and train are within walking distance (from the train from the station ŽELEZNÁ RUDA CENTRUM 500 m, from the bus 900 m). Upon agreement, transfer from the train or bus is possible.

Dining

Shopping possibilities 10 minutes on foot, stylish restaurant with renowned cuisine "OSVĚŽOVNA KANDAHÁR" 250m, another restaurant 350m. Fast and great dining is in the center of the buffet in the COOP building. The stylish restaurant with Czech cuisine "U RUDOLFA II" and the now famous restaurant "U ZLOMENÉ LYŽE" are about 800 m away as well as the restaurant of the hotel "BÖHMERWALD" with a unique COUNTRY pizza.

If possible, we will be happy to bring you fresh pastries for breakfast.

Apartment furnishings

In the equipment of the apartments you will find everything you need to prepare your own meals. Fridge, stove, kettle, satellite TV, in three apartments there are retractable outdoor blinds. The floors in the kitchens are tiled, in the bedrooms there is a new vinyl floor with wood imitation decor.

In addition to ski storage, the ski storage room also offers a heated rack for 16 pairs of shoes. When renting all apartments for one group, it is possible to sit in the heated entrance hall, where you can also place a keg with tap equipment.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The prices are for an apartment occupied by two people. When occupying additional beds, prices increase.

Operation all year round. Possibility of accommodation for the weekend. New Year's Eve stays for a minimum of 5 nights. Christmas stays for a minimum of 5 nights. Summer and spring holidays minimum stay for 5 nights.

The price is for an apartment occupied by two people, when occupied by more people, the price increases for each additional person. If you are interested, we will be happy to send you a complete price list or calculate your price.

Local tourist tax 25 CZK / night, which is paid by persons over 18 years of age is not included;

dog fee 150 CZK / day;

In case of cancellation less than 45 days before the date of stay, we keep a deposit for 12 months and guests have the opportunity to choose an alternative date during the holiday period. If they do not choose a payment date within 12 months, the deposit will be forfeited.
