Accommodation U Pepana

We offer year-round rental of beautiful, modern and fully equipped cottages for up to 9 people in Velké Svatoňovice in the Krkonoše foothills with many possibilities for trips around the area

We believe that the U Pepana accommodation will become the ideal place for your fairytale vacation! The accommodation is also suitable for families with children

The cottage is non-smoking.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: There are three separate bedrooms on the 1st floor

The first bedroom has a built-in wardrobe with a double bed and an extra bed

Furthermore, a cozy second bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and also a built-in wardrobe

Both of these bedrooms have day-night outdoor blinds for your undisturbed sleep

The last is the third bedroom with a double bed and two extra beds

On the balcony overlooking the pool, you can relax in comfortable armchairs in the summer months

Upon mutual agreement, it is possible to prepare a cot for smaller children

All bedrooms are equipped with a TV.

Sanitary facilities: There are two bathrooms with toilets in the building

The shower and toilet are on the ground floor, by the entrance door

The second bathroom with bathtub, toilet and underfloor heating can be found on the 1st floor (together with the bedrooms)

Basic toiletries are a matter of course, each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

Heating: Central heating is primarily provided by a heat pump

There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, which you can use to warm up and make the cold winter evenings more pleasant

The bathroom with bathtub has underfloor heating.

Transportation, parking: Parking for 3 cars on the property's own property.

We recommend the famous restaurant U Bulánka located just less than 2 km away

There are also local pubs nearby.

Cabin furnishings

On the lower floor of the house there is a large living room connected to the dining room

From the dining room you can enter the kitchen or the conservatory

The living room has a fireplace, a large corner sofa set, a coffee table and rattan armchairs, outdoor blinds

You can watch programs here on a Samsung TV with an O2 TV connection for free - this is a smart TV, if you have an account with Netflix, Disney+, HBO etc., you can log in

The television can also be connected to a laptop or mobile device

The dining room has a table with eight chairs and a DeLonghi coffee machine

Our kitchen is fully equipped - an induction hob and a built-in oven will serve you for preparing meals

You will also find two fridge freezers, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a slicing machine, a kettle, a toaster and a toaster, a small contact grill, a hotdog maker, pots and pans of various sizes and all the usual dishes

Basic spices, dishwashing detergents, towels are also available

From the kitchen there is access to a pantry with a large storage space

In the garden, in the summer months, there is a well-maintained large covered swimming pool and a pleasant sitting area near the grill with a smokehouse, a fire pit, ready for you to relax

For children we have swings, a slide, climbing frames, a sandpit, including a grass area for outdoor games

The entire garden is surrounded by a high hedge, which reliably protects your privacy and peace during your vacation

In 2024, we also renovated the basement and added an indoor infrared sauna, which you can use for the entire duration of your stay at no extra charge.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Rental of the building is always from Saturday to Saturday, outside the summer season you can also book a shorter stay - at least 2 nights

For a stay of 2 nights, the price for the weekend applies, for a stay of 3 nights or more in the off-season 1715 CZK/cottage/night, in the winter season and in June 2145 CZK/cottage/night

The price does not include electricity (8 CZK/kWh) and a fee to the municipality (6 CZK/adult/night)

A refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 is required upon check-in

The price includes water consumption, WIFI, 02 TVs, towels, bed linen and basic toiletries.

Check-in: from 2 to 5 p.m

Check-out: before 10 am

The guests are responsible for the final cleaning, any damages will be deducted from the refundable security deposit.

When booking accommodation, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rental price is required

The additional payment of the total price must be sent to the lessor's account at least 1 calendar month before the start of the accommodation.

Wood consumption - CZK 1,250 per 0.5 m³.

It is not possible to organize bachelor parties and similar events in the building

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building (possible in the garden)

Pets cannot be accommodated.
