A one-story log cabin with a FIREPLACE and an above-ground POOL on the quiet edge of the Špinka recreation area near a meadow and forest, only 100m from the Špinka recreational pond with the possibility of swimming and fishing at the neighboring Brodský pond, 10 km from Ratibořice in Božena Němcová's fairytale land with a mill, mill and castle Starý Bělidlem and from the Rozkoš water reservoir in Česká Skalica and not far from Adršpašské and Teplické rocks, Broumovské walls.

Bedrooms and rooms: Upstairs there are two duplex bedrooms

The first bedroom (15m²) with access to the balcony has 1x double bed downstairs, upstairs (17m²) accessible by wooden stairs 1x single bed + 2x free covered mattresses

The second bedroom (15m²) with access to the balcony has 2 loose mattresses + 1 extra bed

A long balcony (7m²) common to both bedrooms with seating and a nice view.

Sanitary facilities: One common bathroom on the ground floor (washbasin, bathtub with shower), separate toilet separated from the bathroom by a wall and a curtain (7m²).

Heating: Heating: solid fuel fireplace (wood or wood briquettes).

Transportation, parking: The object is accessible by car, 2 parking spaces right next to the cottage.

Dining

Shop, restaurant, kitchen, possibility of shared meals, breakfast preparation.

Cabin furnishings

In the building on the ground floor, entrance hall, common room with kitchen and dining area (approx. 30m²) (fireplace, BVTV+SAT, Wi-Fi, lounge seating, dining table with corner bench and chairs, equipped kitchen, electric stove, kettle , 2x refrigerator, 1x freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, grill), exit from the cottage to a grassy area with a pool, outdoor seating, grill, sandpit and a view of nature.
