The cottage is located in a quiet part of the village of Rusava - Vlčková

In 2020 the cottage was partially renovated inside

The cottage is surrounded by a large ornamental garden in an area of about 800 m²

Land is bounded by a hedge and entrance gateway

The cottage is designed for families with children and seniors and offers the possibility of peaceful and active rest

Due to the size of the cottage we prefer a smaller number of accommodated.

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is one bedroom for two people

On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms - each for two people.

Sanitary facilities: One bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible directly in the garden near the cottage

In case of bad weather (long -lasting rain, snow), parking is possible on the edge of the road in front of the entrance gate of the cottage.

Water in the cottage is not drinking, is from the well at the cottage

In the summer dry season you need to save with water

Near the cottage there are two wells with spring water.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The operation of the cottage is year -round

Rent of the cottage possible only for a week.

The reservation deposit is 50% of the total price and is payable within 7 days of receipt of the reservation

The price of the price for accommodation is payable in cash on the day of arrival at the cottage

A refundable deposit of CZK 1,500, which is payable in cash on arrival at the cottage, is required.

By paying the deposit, the order of accommodation is considered binding.

The actual consumption of EL is paid after the stay

Energy, no more fees.

The price of accommodation includes wood consumption.

The sheets in the price are not included

You need to have your own bedding.

Cleaning is done by guests before handing over the cottage.

Cancel Conditions: The backup is refundable within 60 days from the date of start of your stay

From 59 days to 14 days before the date of boarding, the deposit does not return, 14 days before the start is a cancellation fee of 100% of the price.
