The cottage is located in a quiet part of the village of Rusava - Vlčková

In 2019, the cottage was partially renovated inside

The cottage is surrounded by a large ornamental garden with an area of ​​approx. 800 m²

The land is bordered by a hedge and an entrance gate

The cottage is intended for families with children as well as for the elderly and offers the possibility of a quiet and active rest

Due to the size of the cottage, we prefer a smaller number of guests.

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is one bedroom for two people

On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms - each for two people.

Sanitary facilities: One bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible directly in the garden by the cottage

In case of bad weather (long-lasting rain, snow), parking is possible on the side of the road in front of the entrance gate of the cottage.

The water in the cottage is not potable, it is from the well near the cottage

In the summer dry season, you need to conserve water

Near the cottage there are two wells with spring water.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The operation of the cottage is year-round

The cottage can only be rented for a week.

The reservation deposit is 50% of the total price and is payable within 7 days of the reservation being accepted

The additional payment for the accommodation price is payable in cash on the day of arrival at the cottage

A refundable deposit of CZK 1,500 is required, which is payable in cash upon arrival at the cottage.

By paying the deposit, the accommodation order is considered binding.

After the end of the stay, the actual electricity consumption is paid

energy, no other fees.

Wood consumption is included in the accommodation price.

Bed linen is not included in the price

You need to have your own bed linen.

Cleaning is done by the guests before handing over the cottage.

Cancellation conditions: The deposit is refundable within 60 days from the start date of the stay

From 59 days to 14 days before the start date, the deposit is non-refundable, 14 days before start the cancellation fee is 100% of the price.
