Chaty Kotárky is located in the village of Rusava in the center of the Hostýn Hills, which are known for their beautiful nature
There are two separate houses with their own parking
The accommodation is suitable for families with children, sports camps, weekly and weekend stays for smaller and larger teams, schools in nature.
Bedrooms and rooms: The house is renovated and divided into 3 separate apartments (2x one-bedroom apartment and 1x two-bedroom apartment)
We also rent the apartments separately, the minimum occupancy for a one-bedroom apartment is 2 people and for a two-bedroom apartment it is 4 people.
Sanitary facilities: Each of the three apartments has its own bathroom with WC.
Heating: By electricity.
Transportation, parking: In the building, the parking lot is not guarded.
Meals available at the Pension U Ráztoky (approx. 700m)
Shop in the village about 4 km from the accommodation.

When booking for 1 to 2 nights, the price of accommodation is 680 CZK/person/night, children from 3 to 11.99 years old - 390 CZK/person/night, children under three years of age have free accommodation without the right to a bed.
If the reservation is for 3 or more nights, the price is CZK 600/person/night, children from 3 to 11.99 years old - CZK 350/person/night, children under the age of three have free accommodation without the right to a bed.
Recreational fee: CZK 30/adult/night
Dog: small and medium breed - CZK 100/night, large breed - CZK 200/night
Possibility to borrow a baby cot: CZK 200/stay
Bike storage: classic bike - free of charge, electric bike - up to 2 days CZK 50, over 2 days CZK 100

Winter season:
In the winter season, we only rent the entire house for 2 or more nights
The capacity of the house is 16 people + the option of 2 extra beds and the price is independent of the number of people accommodated.
The price per night is CZK 10,000 (which, when occupied by 16 people, is CZK 625/person/night)
The price already includes the rental of the common room
Only in the case of interest in the tap facility is an additional charge of CZK 700/stay.

The price (summer and winter season) includes electricity, water, bed linen, cleaning after the client's departure.
After the binding confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of approx. 30% of the total amount is sent.
Cancellation conditions (summer and winter season):
- cancellation of reservation 31 to 14 days before arrival - cancellation fee 50% of the deposit sent
- cancellation of reservation 13 days before arrival until the day of arrival - cancellation fee 100% of the deposit sent
