The cottage in the valley is located close to the villages of Lipice and Čakovice
It is a brick cottage in a semi-secluded area (only 3 cottages in the neighborhood, one of which is uninhabited)
The Hejlovka stream flows by the cottage (about 50 m) and there are many meadows and forests suitable for walks and mushroom picking
There is a hunting range near the cottage
The cottage is suitable for families with children and groups of friends, as well as for various types of celebrations and anniversaries
There are plenty of swimming opportunities within 20 km (Stráž pond, Trnávka reservoir, Sedlice reservoir, Horní Cerekva quarry, Antonka quarry, Pelhřimov indoor pool, etc.
) and there is also a great possibility of trips
In Pelhřimov - the city of records, there are many museums and a beautiful square, there is also the possibility of a wide range of sports activities, and then there is the pilgrimage site Křemešník, about 10 km away, where there is a rope center, the Pípalka lookout, a silver well and much more)
The location of the cottage is also suitable for cycling
The cottage includes a plot of land on which there are two pergolas, a fireplace, a grill and hammocks
On the ground floor of the cottage there is a main room with a fireplace, a sofa bed for two people and a dining table, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom
In the upper part of the cottage there are 6 beds and a small terrace with seating
The water supplied to the cottage is from the own well, unfortunately it has not been tested, so it is rather utilitarian, but after boiling it is fine
Drinking water provided in barrels.
Bedrooms and rooms: Upstairs, one bedroom for 6 people and on the ground floor a sofa bed for 2 people (counted as extra beds).
Sanitary facilities: There is a shower and toilet on the ground floor.
Heating: Heating is by a fireplace stove or an electric oil radiator.
Transportation, parking: Parking for one car at the cottage on its own property, the rest of the cars can be parked in a meadow 30m away
The access forest road is in worse condition, but it can be reached with all cars
In bad weather, it is better to leave cars by the road (about 300m).
Shop and restaurant in Pelhřimov (4km).

Accommodation fee 30kc/person/night is included in the basic price.
A charge for electricity according to consumption (7 CZK per kW) and a refundable deposit of 1500 CZK are added to the basic price
The price for the weekend is 2500 CZK + 1500 CZK for each additional night
The deposit is CZK 2,000 (maximum two weeks before the start of the stay).
The cancellation fee is CZK 2,000
The price for cleaning is CZK 400 (if the client does not clean according to the agreed contract).
