Rules - General Conditions

1. The subject of the lease is an object that will be used for guest accommodation for their recreation.

2. The landlord / hereinafter referred to as the owner / guarantees the future guests of the building and the services that are declared in point no

3. The client / recreational stay must be a person over 18 years of age who are responsible for the obligations of other participants (see below /.

4. A contractual relationship arises on the basis of a compound payment or by handing over the keys from the object

By paying a certain amount of money according to the instructions of the landlord, the client confirms the knowledge with these conditions.

5. The building is designed for accommodation according to the landlord's instructions

The number of beds is determined as the maximum number of persons, including children

A child under 3 years of age is free.

6. For stays, the entrance to the building is determined from 2 pm to 4 pm, the termination of the stay is at 10 am on the day of departure.

7. Upon arrival, the owner hand over the client a recreational object, according to inventory / in one copy left directly in the object / hand over the facility of the building

After checking, the owner hand over the client to the key to the object

When leaving the owner with the client again checks the status of the building and equipment according to the inventory.

8. Price:

The price of the rental lease is determined by the owner in accordance with Act No.

526/1990 Coll

PRICE LIST:

Prices of objects are according to the price list, current events or by individual agreement with the landlord.

Method of payment: Payment for stay will be paid by the client no later than 3 working days from delivery of the order to the account or according to the lessor's instructions

On the spot consists of a refundable deposit worth CZK 2,000.

Cancellation Conditions:

Cancellation of the client's stay / must be made in writing to ovminekpodlipou@seznam.cz

Cancel fee:

61 and more days before the onset of 0,- CZK

According to the landlord, the client has the opportunity to choose a substitute term.

61 - 31 days before the start of 50 % of the total price of stay.

30 and less days before the start of 100 % of the total price of stay

If the canceled stay is sold, the client is entitled to a substitute date according to agreement with the landlord without cancellation conditions.

When interrupting the client's stay, the price or part of it does not return!

When canceled by the owner's stay, the building failure, the serious defect etc

, will be the client returned to the full amount of payment

If you cancel their stay from force majeure for shorter 9 days, it will be possible to select a substitute date.

Client's duties:

• to follow the contractual terms and conditions of the owner

• Adhere to the safety / not to interfere with the wiring, the safe handling of the open fire etc

• The client is fully responsible for the damage caused by his / her cause or fault, including all participants

• If the client finds any defect during recreation, regardless of whether or not it caused it, he shall immediately notify the lessor.

• Avoid activities that would overwhelm the surroundings, contradicted good morals or disturbed the night's peace

• Clients are fully responsible for their own health, safety and their personal belongings including funds, cars, etc.

• The client undertakes to observe the maximum number of persons in the building for the entire stay!

• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the whole building !!!

• When leaving the building or in rain, wind or snowfall, the client is obliged to close the windows !!!

• Failure to comply with the client's conditions may be the reason for termination of stay without compensation !!!

If the lessee leaves voluntarily the building is not entitled to return the remaining amounts of money.

Owner's duties:

• To enable the client to use the entire object / see inventory / after the agreed period of stay

The owner is obliged to acquaint the client with the operation of the building and its accessories.

• Pass the client on boarding the building in the operable state, tidy, uninhabited by anyone, with providing hot and cold water including EL

• to the client to provide clean and washed bedding for each bed ordered

• Provide dishes for cooking and serving for a specified number of persons

• To deal with legitimate complaints and reminders of clients concerning an object

If the owner of the building is created, which results in a deterioration of the client's accommodation, the owner is obliged to carry out all measures immediately to remove this situation, eventually provided a reasonable discount on the stay

Stay of any animals is not permitted only by appointment in advance and always for a fee

Creating and camping is forbidden on the land.
