We only rent the whole object

Minimum rental price is the number of days/weekend x 20 people

Price for each additional person we charge 450 CZK/night

In case of stay on 4 or more nights the price is 350 CZK/night

Minimum length of stay in months except summer holidays are 2 nights

The minimum length of stay during the summer holidays are 4 nights

Exceptions are school trips, it is possible for accommodation for 1 night, but the minimum price is for 30 people

Price for public holidays is 450 CZK/person

Pay adults and children from 2 years of age

The price including bedding, final cleaning and energy

In addition, the price will include only a recreational fee to the municipality, which is 20 CZK/person/day over 18 years

Reservations: We will bind the deadline after payment of 50 % of the price of stay, payable within 7 days from the date of booking

The supplement is due 7 days before the first day of your stay

In case of cancellation of reservation by the Client, the following cancellation fees apply:

60 or more days before the start of your stay - 10 % of the price of stay

59 - 30 days before the start of your stay - 30 % of the price of stay

29 - 8 days before the start of your stay - 50 % of the price of stay
