We charge an extra 7,000 CZK for a wedding

To say goodbye to freedom, we do not rent the cottage after bad experiences)

The surroundings of the cottage provide a large amount of sports activities

There is a tourist sign for pedestrians and cyclists right next to the cottage

There are plenty of hiking trails for short and day trips with lovely views

In winter, it is possible to use the nearby ski resorts, cross-country trails and winter hiking and walking tours.

In the village of Ostravici, 1.5 km away, there are many pubs, restaurants with home cooking, pizzerias

Beer lovers will get their money's worth when visiting the Beskydy Brewery.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with ceramic hob and multifunction oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, two refrigerators, kettle), a restaurant for 31 people with an equipped self-service bar and a tap, a HIFI tower and a large LCD TV, a lounge for 10 people with a wine cellar, which can be used as a room for dancing

On the first floor there is a living room with an LCD TV, a children's corner

Covered terrace for 30 people with the possibility of grilling

The grill is on charcoal.

The cottage is suitable for 28 people.

We rent the cottage for a minimum of 2 nights

The price for the entire cottage for 2 nights is CZK 22,176 for a maximum of 28 people.

The surcharge for the wedding is CZK 7,000

After a very bad experience, we do not rent the cottage for a bachelorette party.

In the months of May, June and September, we rent the cottage for a minimum of 3 nights

The price for 3 nights is CZK 33,264.

Order and payments

The client sends the order by email - the purpose of the stay at the cottage, the date, or alternative date, number of adults, number of children, address and phone number of the authorized person must always be stated here.

The host will send a confirmation of stay and a payment breakdown for payment.

Method of payment for accommodation:

The client pays the accommodation provider a 30% deposit of the total amount of the stay, the client must pay the additional payment no later than 30 days before starting the stay

When ordering less than 30 days before the stay, the client pays the accommodation provider the entire amount at once.

The confirmation of the binding order contains the accommodation provider's confirmation of the reservation of the object for the client and the method of payment.

By sending the completed binding order for the stay, the client confirms that he has read the general terms and conditions and agrees with them.

Vacation stay:

The client pays a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 upon arrival

This deposit is returned in full after the end of the stay, if there is no damage to the owner's property and if the object is in the same condition as the client took it over (cleaned kitchen, washed refrigerators, clean stoves and ovens, selected dishes from the dishwasher, wiped floor)

If the client does not do so, the owner of the object has the right to pay any damages from this deposit.

The maximum number of persons at the property means the number of all accommodated persons, regardless of age, for the entire duration of the stay (unless otherwise agreed).

Exceeding this capacity at any time during the stay is grounds for early termination of the stay without financial compensation

Max

capacity means the sum of all beds and extra beds in the building.

Arrival and departure from the cottage

For summer holiday stays, check in: from 15:00 at the earliest and check out: until 10:00.

For weekend stays, check in: from 2:00 p.m. and check out: no later than 11:00 a.m.

Check in and check out is also possible at a different time by prior agreement/Earlier arrival and later departure/

In these cases, however, the price will be increased in the heating season.

It is necessary to report arrival and departure from the cottage no later than a week before entering the cottage!!!

The accommodation price includes:

Bedding, WIFI, water consumption, heating, cleaning and cleaning products in the kitchen, toilet paper upon arrival.

The accommodation price does not include:

Electricity consumption

energy (about 300,- 400,- CZK for the weekend), local fee for a recreational stay for the municipal authority (20,- CZK/person/night - adult, from 1.1.2020 children under 18 and pensioners do not pay) - the fee will be deducted from the security deposit after the end of the stay.

Insurance:

The price does not include insurance

The owner is not responsible for damage to the client, theft, injury or destruction of property and belongings during the stay and does not bear the consequences

The owner recommends taking out travel and accommodation insurance before departure.
