The reconstructed cottage Voděnka is located in the middle of a quiet, picturesque and deep valley in the village of Ludvíkov pod Pradědem, along the river Bílá Opava, which originates at Praděd

In the immediate vicinity there is a beautifully renovated, well-known spa with a long tradition and treatment procedures focused on movement and breathing problems - Karlova Studánka

This place is ideal for families with children, but also for the older generation and the disabled, as the cottage is barrier-free inside

The entrance has only three steps (it is not a problem to provide skis)

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and mirror - a total of 4 in the building.

Heating: Heating is an electric boiler, central - radiators, there is also underfloor heating throughout the building, a fireplace insert with a water exchanger and solar collectors are located on the roof

In summer, even in bad weather, solar collectors will provide heating, in spring and autumn, fireplace heating with the support of solar collectors will suffice

In winter, the primary heating is an electric boiler, if it is heated in the fireplace, it saves significantly, or

in clear weather, heating will be supported again by solar collectors.

Transportation, parking: The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of the road Karlova Studánka - Vrbno pod Pradědem from the NE side, the background of the building is situated on the SW, the road does not interfere - the stream playfully drowns it out, you cannot see the land from the road and therefore you have privacy here

The parking lot is entered directly from the road, there is no need to shovel snow in winter, and there is no risk of getting stuck due to calamity

The parking lot is part of the building and is fenced.

Chata Voděnka has a hall (58m2) centrally located, accessible from each apartment through a separate entrance

In the hall there is a fireplace, TV, dining corner, leather sofa set, 3 separate armchairs, a basket with board games, a corner for children..

The hall is accessed from the entrance hall (9m2)

In front of the cottage there is an indoor swimming pool - heated, as well as a spacious pergola with a mobile fireplace, an outdoor sauna, Russian skittles, an indoor area with a fireplace that can be used as a bicycle shed in the summer, a ski storage room in the winter, or a relaxation room for a sauna

Right next to the cottage there is a parking lot for about 5 cars, there is also a space for children to enjoy (children's corner) - swings, a sandpit, which is followed by a fenced field measuring 18x9m for volleyball, netball, badminton, lazy tennis...

The southwestern edge of the plot is bordered by the river Bílá Opava (depth max

25 cm), which originates at Praděd, the rest of the land is fenced.

Electrical energy consumed according to the actual state

Wood used for heating according to the actual condition, CZK 600 per meter (wood stacked by the fireplace for approx. 2 days is included in the accommodation price)

When staying for less than 3 days, we charge a fee of CZK 100 for complete bed linen for one bed

A deposit of CZK 1,000 for each apartment will be billed immediately after the end of the stay

The fee for using the sauna is CZK 600 for the entire stay

Recreational fee to the village CZK 15 per person/night (recreational fee does not apply to children under 18)
