The reconstructed cottage Vodenka is located in the middle of a quiet, picturesque and deep valley in the village of Ludvíkov pod Pradědem, along the Bílá Opava River, which springs on Praděd

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a separate bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and mirror - in the building a total of 4x.

Heating: Heating is an electric boiler, central - radiators, then there is underfloor heating, a fireplace insert with a water exchanger and the roof is located solar collectors

In the summer and in bad weather heating will provide solar collectors, in spring and autumn it is sufficient to heat the fireplace with the support of the solar collectors

The parking lot is driven directly from the road, in winter there is no cutting of snow, nor there is no risk of stuck due to calamity

Cottage Vodenka has a hall (58m2) located centrally, accessible from each apartment by a separate entrance

The hall has a fireplace, a TV, a corner for dining, a leather sofa, 3 separate armchairs, a basket with board games, a corner for children.
