The village of Malá Morávka and its local part of Karlov pod Pradědem are popular excursion destinations all year round and especially in winter, when the snow-covered mountain valleys offer a variety of skiing activities

Heating: The building is heated by a heat pump.
Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the cottage for up to six cars.

There is a general store in the village about 1 km from the cottage.
The cottage is fully equipped
You can cook anything in the fully equipped kitchen, there is wi-fi and an outdoor fireplace with seating and a large swing.

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: accommodation, bed linen, towels in the toilets, tea towels, toilet paper, electricity consumption up to 60kw/day (over 60kw/day surcharge 6 CZK/kw), water consumption, Wi-fi internet connection.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: refundable deposit CZK 5,000, wellness (sauna) CZK 1,000 / stay, recreation fee to the village.
Upon prior agreement, equipment for children can be provided (baby cot, children's dining chair, children's hiking backpack, potty).
In the summer season (July, August) and in the winter season (December, January, February, March) you can only book a weekly stay starting on Saturday
Apart from the mentioned months, it is also possible to book a different length of stay (minimum of 4 nights).
The price list is valid from 1.1.2023 - 31.12.2023
Check-in time for accommodation is 15:00 - 16:00, or as agreed with the accommodation provider.
End of stay is by 10:00 a.m.
Operating Rules
Accommodation and operating rules of Chata-Langi
Guest accommodation:
check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed in advance
upon arrival, present documents (passports, identity cards) together with proof of payment of the deposit to be entered in the guest book
upon arrival, you pay the rest of the price for accommodation and services provided in accordance with the valid price list
then you will receive the keys to the room, the main entrance - in case of loss, you are obliged to pay a handling fee of CZK 200
the age of the children, decisive for inclusion in the relevant category, is calculated on the day of the start of the recreation
Dogs can only be accommodated by prior arrangement, before the guest's arrival
The accommodated guest guarantees and is responsible for the dog's perfect health and safety towards other guests
It is forbidden to let the dog lie down or sleep on guests' beds, armchairs or sofas.
on the day of the end of the stay, the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m
Night peace:
night silence in the entire cottage for all guests applies from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Temperature regulation and prevention of unnecessary heat leaks:
in order to save energy, we ask you to ventilate for a short time during the winter.
Damage to boarding house equipment:
it is forbidden to damage the equipment of the boarding house, either intentionally or through negligence (for example, by leaving entrusted persons unattended)
the accommodated person is obliged, in the event of damage to the accommodation provider, to report this fact to him
the accommodation provider has the right to demand compensation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence
Liability for damage to own property:
The accommodation provider is not responsible for damage to the property of the guest, or the theft of items left in freely accessible parts of the guesthouse
The lodger declares that he is doing and will do everything to ensure that no damage occurs to the property of the lodger
the property of the guests is insured against theft only when obstacles are overcome
therefore always lock the main entrance and rooms
Liability for damage to the health of oneself and entrusted persons:
the accommodation provider has taken all measures to prevent damage to the health of the guests
The host is not responsible for the health of the guests during normal operation.
we ask guests not to leave entrusted persons unattended.
No smoking:
smoking and handling open flames are prohibited in all areas of the guesthouse
Other:
there is a lockable ski storage room for storing skis, bobsleds and bikes
ban on bringing skis, ski boots to the rooms
it is not recommended to use electricity in the rooms
appliances with higher power consumption
For parking, there is a parking lot next to the guesthouse
Any defects must be reported to the pension manager immediately
the boarding house is open 24 hours a day
do not leave your pets unattended in the rooms
at the end of the stay, the customer is obliged to return the keys and cancel their stay
Each accommodated customer is obliged to familiarize himself with all the provisions of this regulation and to comply with it
These measures serve to ensure your peaceful and undisturbed stay

Overview of cancellation fees:
If the customer cancels the ordered stay before it starts, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the following cancellation fees:
* for a stay canceled 14 to 30 days before the start date, 50% of the paid deposit.
* for a stay canceled less than 14 days before the start date, 80% of the paid deposit.
The stay is canceled on the day it is notified in writing and delivered to the accommodation provider together with the order.
If the tenant does not start the stay without canceling it, the accommodation provider will charge cancellation fees in the amount of 100% of the price of the stay.
