The facility where you can spend your free time in absolute peace and privacy is located in the village of Křišťanovice 805 meters above sea level and is known by the locals as Jitřenka

During your stay, the administrator has discreet access to the garden, in the summer season with the possibility of using the garden house at the back of the garden, in the case of catering to the kitchen
(all for the purpose of maintenance of the building - watering flowers, swimming pool, removing sudden malfunctions, servicing the boiler, etc

Bedrooms and rooms: The detached two-storey holiday cottage standing in an enclosed garden is cosily furnished with ample equipment
On the ground floor of the cottage there is: an entrance hall, a common room with a bar counter, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, TV and Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, sanitary facilities - 4 x toilets, a bathroom with the possibility of using a washing machine and a clothes dryer
On the first floor, there are two bathrooms, a refrigerator, a total of 3 rooms, two of which have their own bathroom, including a sofa that can be folded into a double bed
The second floor is designed as an apartment, where there are 3 rooms, a common room with a sofa, TV, fridge and bathroom
A small kitchen is available in one of the rooms.
Sanitary facilities: Total: 8x WC, 2x urinal, 6x shower.
Heating: Central, electric boiler, in case of high and low temperatures boiler on LTO, serviced by the administrator.
Transportation, parking: Parking on the property near the cottage.
Upon agreement with the owner, it is possible to provide catering, i.e
half board or full board.

In the period July - August, only a weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday: NOK 39,000 + electricity.
