We offer a few days pleasantly spent in the Ore Mountains, in a stylishly furnished cottage, with wonderful views of the mountains and surrounding meadows and only 6 km from the ski slopes of the Klínovec Ski Area, one of the largest in the Czech Republic

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom and toilet

Each bed has a quality mattress and fragrant sheets for a fresh and good sleep

The whole house has a perfect view of the surrounding blooming meadows, hills and the two highest peaks of the Ore Mountains - Klínovec (Keilberg) on ​​the Czech side and Fichtelberg on the German side

The house is situated on the edge of the village in a quiet part.

Sanitary facilities: The bathrooms have heating ladders, towels, bath towels, hair dryers, basic toiletries, toothbrush cups, towel hooks

There is a toilet with a sink on the ground floor.

Heating: The cottage is pleasantly warm thanks to underfloor heating on the ground floor of the house

There are separate radiators in the other rooms

Hot water throughout the house is a matter of course.

Transportation, parking: The cottage is located by the main road

The road is asphalt, maintained in winter

The parking lot in front of the cottage has capacity for 5 cars, additional parking spaces are possible on the road next to the cottage.

We have a bar and a tap facility to tap beer

We will deliver the beer to you upon request

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking

It has 4 induction hotplates, an electric oven, a stick blender, a hood, a fridge with freezer and a small fridge located in the bar, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee pot, an automatic Expresso DeLonghi coffee machine, a tea pot, water jugs, party dishes

The common areas are bright and spacious with plenty of table space with a nice view

The main room is connected to the garden, where there is outdoor seating, garden gazebo, outdoor fireplace, gas grill, children's playground (sandpit, 2x swings, house with slide, table football, pink pong, slides, ) grass sports field, trampoline

Finnish sauna (new in 2021) for 4 people

Next to the sauna there is a changing room, a modern cooling shower, a toilet and a sink

Sheets and bathrobes available

Around the cottage there is a forest, extensive meadows that lead you to the stream.

CZK 11,000/cottage/night during Christmas and New Year's Eve (21.12.-6.1.), stay min.

5 nights

The rental price includes:

bed linen, towels, bath towels, basic hygiene items, hair dryer, tea towels, detergents,

cots including accessories, costs of water, heating, electricity, garbage collection, cleaning

using a gas grill

The rental price does not include:

- local fee for a holiday stay: CZK 20/person/day

- extra bed 360 CZK/day/person (max

2 folding beds and 2 sleeping mattresses)

- dog 300 CZK/day

Payment conditions, cancellation conditions:

Deposit: 20% of the rental price

The reservation is valid by crediting the deposit to the account

Additional payment no later than 14 days before the start of the stay

Cancellation Policy:

The deposit is fully refundable if the stay is canceled no later than 15 days before the start of the stay

And from then until the start of the stay, the entire amount is non-refundable

Refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 for possible damage to the building and equipment

Payment on the spot on the day of arrival
