The distance from Prague is approx. 120 km, from Liberec 30 km

Due to its location, it is easily accessible all year round, the access road is regularly maintained in winter

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is one five-bed room with an entrance hall and its own bathroom

On the first floor there is one four-bed room and one five-bed apartment with the possibility of adding 2 extra beds, both of which are also equipped with their own sanitary facilities.

Sanitary facilities: There are 4 bathrooms with WC, sink and shower available in the building

There is additional electric heating (ladder) in each bathroom.

Heating: The building is centrally heated by an electric boiler

All radiators have thermoregulation heads, enabling individual settings in each room

In addition, the bathrooms have independent electric

radiators.

Transportation, parking: Cottage in a quiet part of the village (semi-secluded)

The access road with minimal traffic is maintained all year round and is approx. 50m away from the building

Parking is possible directly on the property next to the house in summer and winter.

There is a common, practically equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave oven, el

oven, kettle, 3x fridge, home bakery and other kitchen appliances and dishes).

Cabin furnishings

On the ground floor there is a common room (with its own bathroom and toilet) equipped with a TV, DVD and CD player

Furthermore, a games room with a pool table (carom), a dart board, a ping-pong table and a children's corner (toy box for children, board games).
