The cottage was newly built in 2011. I consider the undisturbed flat surroundings of the cottage, peace and nature to be an advantage
Smoking is prohibited throughout the cottage.
Bedrooms and rooms: There are a total of 3 bedrooms in the cottage - 2, 4, 4 beds
Possible agreement on extension.
Sanitary facilities: On the upper floor there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
Heating: Guests heat themselves with the fireplace stove in the common room (lower floor)
Option to connect underfloor heating.
Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the cottage.
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, microwave)
Possibility to use billiards, darts, a small pool, swings, outdoor furniture, grill, smokehouse,...
