Apartments SKY ONE&TWO are two separate apartments located in a separate building in a quiet location with space for private relaxation, sports, rest and entertainment

Thanks to the nearby Filip ski slope, cross-country track and toboggan run, it is an ideal place for winter sports, in other seasons for hiking, mushroom picking and bike rides

SKY ONE&TWO are connected by a common balcony that can be separated by a screen for the required privacy

SKY ONE is designed for up to 3 people

It has a spacious bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub

SKY TWO offers accommodation for up to 5 people.

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: SKY ONE has an entrance hall, a large bathroom with a shower and a hydromassage bathtub for pleasant relaxation

The kitchenette is part of the living room and is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, kettle, microwave oven, fridge-freezer and De'Longhi automatic coffee machine

In the bedroom there is a box spring bed with storage space for two, in the living room there is a sofa bed with storage space and a bed size of 150x200 cm for a comfortable sleep

The entire apartment is heated by a central heat source with the possibility of regulation on the room thermostat, in case of increased heat requirements, it is possible to support the heating with floor heating, which is available throughout the entire living area of ​​the apartment

SKY TWO provides accommodation for up to 5 people on a double bed, a bunk bed and a spacious sofa bed

The apartment is equipped with a kitchen with appliances and dishes, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dishwasher and fridge with freezer

The bathroom has a shower corner and a sink, the toilet is separate, next to the bathroom

In the living room there is a Smart TV, a DVD player including dozens of movies, a sofa set, side seating for example for games

Newly fitted with a free-standing massage bath with lighting

The bedroom is separated from the other rooms

For a peaceful rest, the windows are shielded with internal and external blinds

The heating of the apartment is central, and the internal temperature can be adjusted as needed with a room thermostat and thermal heads.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible right next to the apartments for 3-4 cars, in the event of an emergency situation, when due to a large amount of snow the road may be temporarily unavailable, a public, free parking lot 250 meters from the accommodation will serve.

Dining

There is a restaurant in the immediate vicinity (100m), further in the center of the village (500m) there are several restaurants, a pastry shop and a grocery store.

SKY ONE: 2 people from 1200 CZK/person/night + another person 500 CZK/night

SKY TWO: 2-4 persons from 1200 CZK/person/night + additional person 500 CZK/night

Adjustments and other changes in advance upon request

The minimum length of stay is 2 nights and the minimum number of persons is 2 persons/apartment

Deposit 50% of the amount + the rest no later than the day of arrival

If the deposit is not paid by the date specified in the order, the reservation will be cancelled

The guest is obliged to pay the price of the entire booked stay (even in case of early departure)

Children under 2 years of age usually stay for free

Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation price

The guest is obliged to pay for any damages

The refundable deposit is set at CZK 5,000/apartment.

No fees and payments are added to the prices, the price is final and includes: service for handing over the apartment upon arrival and departure, accommodation, final cleaning including washing bed linen, Wi-Fi, as well as all energy, water, sewage and municipal fees.

Weekly stays are usually from Saturday to Saturday, check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 10:00.
