After agreement, there is no problem to make the bicycle storage and skis below the building in the basement of the garage.

Method of payment:

Reservation deposit 50% immediately

Surcharge 50% no later than 30 days before boarding

(Payment means the day of crediting the amount to the Lessor's account, unless the price of the accommodation price is paid to this time the landlord is entitled to withdraw from the accommodation)

One -off 100% immediately (if less than 45 days left until departure)

Cancellation

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order at any time without cancellation fees from the price for accommodation, within 45 days before the ordered date, exclusively in writing

The day of withdrawal is considered to be the day of delivery of the order of cancellation of the order.

Upon withdrawal from the confirmed order after that period, the customer is obliged to pay the cancellation fees (outside the generally recognized reasons for withdrawal) in the amount

(a) 20% of the total price for renting an order 45 - 31 days before boarding.

b) 50% of the total price for renting an order 30 - 15 days before boarding.

(c) 70% of the total price for renting the order 14 - 6 days before boarding.

(d) 90% of the total price for renting the order 5-0 days before boarding.

Cancellation fees are not charged if the customer arranges for the corresponding compensation for themselves - in this case the amount paid for the stay is vumulated in favor of the substitute payment.

The landlord has the right to cancel the stay if there is serious and unpredictable circumstances (eg

Natural disaster, disaster, other unexpected events) for which it is not possible to ensure the proper course of the stay

The customer has no right to request any further compensation.

The landlord is not responsible for the operation of sports, cultural and recreational facilities, restaurants and shops in the area, announced on his website.

The landlord selects from the accommodation at the start of the deposit

The purpose of the deposit is to ensure the reimbursement of the damage that will cause damage to the leased building or its facilities and equipment or as a result of non -compliance

When handing over the building without damage, the deposit returns to the stay on the day of the stay.

The deposit is set for the amount of CZK 3,000.
