We offer accommodation in a 3+1 apartment with a total area of ​​approx. 75 m², in the attic (3rd floor) of a newly renovated house in the center of the village of Kvilda with a view of the local ski slope and Šumava peaks

The apartment has a strategic position, it is located at the intersection of beautiful cycling and running routes, directly on the slopes (access to the lift through the garden of the house)

Opposite the apartment you will find a grocery store, approx. 250 m from the apartment you can visit an information center and other local services - sports equipment rental, shops with cycling and ski equipment, bakery, restaurant, brewery, pastry shop, children's playground, ATM, church...

Please note that the apartment is completely non-smoking!

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: Large family apartment, 3 bedrooms, one of which is walk-through, bed composition 2+1,2+0,2+2.

Three bedrooms - in two of them you will find a double bed and one pull-out extra bed, in the third bedroom there are two single beds with one pull-out extra bed

There is enough space for a baby cot in each room

Of course, medical mattresses and bedding are also suitable for allergy sufferers

Living room - sofa set with dining table, chairs, TV.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom - shower, sink, washing machine, separate toilet.

Heating: Electric heating.

Transportation, parking: Parking space right next to the building.

Dining

Self-catering directly in the building, fully equipped modern kitchen available

Restaurant in the vicinity of the accommodation, the nearest approx. 10 meters from the building, groceries 10 meters from the building.

Children:

children up to 2 years old free of charge without the right to a bed, children from 2 to 6 years old on an extra bed (350/day)

dining chair, bathtub, toilet reducer, children's dishes and cutlery available free of charge

travel cot available for the entire duration of the stay including bedding and linen for a fee of NOK 250/stay

Price includes:

accommodation for the given number of nights

consumption of all energy (heating, water, electricity)

internet connection (wi-fi)

parking for one car directly in front of the house and provision of an additional parking space in case of more cars

use of bike room/ski room/cellar

the possibility of sitting outside in the garden with the use of a family grill

Price does not include:

according to the decree of the OU Kvilda: fee to the municipality (20/adult person/night)

fees for using a baby cot 250/stay

The deposit for accommodation is 50% of the total price.

Cancellation Policy:

30 days or more before your stay - 100% deposit

14 - 30 days before your stay - 50% deposit

less than 14 days - 0% deposit
