In the central part of Šumava in the picturesque village of Kvilda

The cottage is situated on the right bank of the Vltava River at the exit to Borová Lada, with an interesting view of the Vltava valley

The building has a basic capacity of 8 beds, with extra beds of 18 beds + 2 cots + 3 mattresses (with neighboring cottage 32 -beds)

The accommodation capacity is concentrated in five bedrooms - in two separate two -room apartments and one double room with a terrace

This is the ideal space for a closed company, eg

two close families or group of friends

You can rent an entire object or even individual apartments separately

The cottage is equipped with a wellness room that contains a sauna for 6 people, a whirlpool for 5 people, LCD TV, refrigerator with drinks, shower and toilet

The building also includes a spacious common room with a fully equipped kitchen, three refrigerators, tiled stoves and LCD TV

There is a washing machine, dryer, 2x cot, baby seat, table football

The building has a separate room for bikes and skis, parking is possible directly at the cottage

There is free WiFi Internet connection in the building

The whole building is non -smoking, smoking corner with ashtray is on the terrace and also at the main entrance

At the cottage is a terrace with a garden fireplace, pergola, children's sandpit and swing.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has a total of 5 bedrooms

Each of the two apartments that are in the attic consists of two rooms, hall and sanitary facilities

There are four rooms in two apartments

Rooms contain 2 - 3 beds with extra beds, LCD TV and wooden furniture with storage space

One apartment has a capacity of 4 beds and 2 extra beds, the other apartment has a capacity of 6 beds and 2 extra beds

Two beds are in the common room, two more beds are in the fifth room between the apartments

This room has an outdoor terrace with a seating area and with an ashtray, users of this room use the sanitary facilities on the ground floor

In each room it is possible to place 1 cot, there are 2 cots in the cottage.

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment contains modern bathroom in the form of 2 sinks, toilet, shower, clothes dryer

Outside the apartments is in the wellness zone on the ground floor of the toilet and shower

In the entrance tract there is another toilet and bathroom with dryer and washing machine.

Heating: Heating is underfloor, the source is a heat pump and electric boiler

In the common room it is possible to use a tiled stove to complete the atmosphere.

Transportation, parking: The building is situated on the right bank of the Vltava in Kvilda, at the exit to the pine Lada

From the main road to Borová Lada about 200 m before the end of the village leads to the right partially reinforced turn through the Vltava

Cottage Kaštánek is then located about 200 meters on the right side

Up to 5 passenger cars can park at the house.

Catering is its own using a fully equipped kitchen or in one of the nearby restaurants.

The living rooms are equipped with LCD TV and wooden furniture (cabinets, table, chairs)

The common room is fully equipped kitchen, 3 refrigerators, freezer box,

tiled stoves with adjacent sofa and LCD TV

There is a washing machine and a dryer

There is a separate room for bikes and skis

Parking for 5 - 7 cars is right by the house

For young children there is a 2x cot and dining sofa, for children and adults is available table football

Prices are listed when renting the entire building for 8 persons

The basic price is 6500 CZK/cottage/8 persons/night.

Each adult extra (9 - 18 person) pays 500 CZK/day per extra bed, children under 3 years are on extra bed for 150 CZK/person/night, children under 15 are on extra bed for 400 CZK/night

Possibility to rent only apartment: 900 CZK/adult/night, 600 CZK/child under 15 years/night, 150 CZK child under 3 years/night

The price includes a sauna and a whirlpool daily unlimited for weekly stays for renting the whole cottage, for shorter stays 3 hours a day outside the day of departure, for renting the apartment 1.5h a day.

The price does not include fees to the municipality - an adult 25 CZK/day

Pets for a fee of 200 CZK/day after agreement with the owner

At the beginning of the stay, deposit of CZK 0 - 3000 can be collected (depending on the length of stay and number of persons)

After ordering, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 50 % of the total price of the stay, the supplement is 14 days before entering the account.
