The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.
For a binding reservation, it is necessary to pay at least 50% of the total price of the stay no later than 48 hours from the confirmation of your chosen date.
The remaining part of the stay must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the stay. Failure to pay this amount will result in the booking being forfeited.
The standard arrival time is at 2 pm and the apartment is handed over by 10 am in the morning. If you plan to arrive at another time, please write this in the note.
Cancellation fee:
If the reservation is canceled 60 days or more before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 0%.
If the reservation is canceled 30 - 60 days before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total price.
If the reservation is canceled 15-30 days before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price.
If the reservation is canceled 14 days or less before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price.
