In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a famous bakery, where you can buy warm pastries for breakfast in the morning, a pastry shop with excellent desserts and a brewery for an evening meal

In the summer, you can go directly from the house on foot to the source of the Vltava, which is only 6 km away

In winter, there is a cross-country track right under the windows.

Bedrooms and rooms: The apartment has an equipped kitchen including dishes, a living room and a bedroom

The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed

In the living room there is a sofa bed for one person (taken as an extra bed).

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Heating: Radiators.

Transportation, parking: Parking in front of the house.

Dining

There are many restaurants in the village, two pastry shops, a brewery and a bar right next to the house.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

A binding reservation is made upon payment of a 50% deposit of the total price of the stay

And within 48 hours of confirmation of the chosen date

The remaining part must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the stay

If the additional payment is not paid, the reservation will be forfeited

Arrival at the apartment is at 2 p.m., check-out is at 10 a.m

Any shift in time is resolved by individual agreement

Cancellation fee:

If the reservation is canceled 60 days or more before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 0%.

If the reservation is canceled 30-60 days before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total price.

If the reservation is canceled 15-30 days before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price

If the reservation is canceled 14 days or less before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price.

Deposit: upon arrival, the accommodated person pays a deposit for the equipment of the apartment in the amount of NOK 3,000

The deposit is refundable upon check-out and after the landlord has checked the equipment

Last: the guests themselves will provide the basic final cleaning of the apartment, including washing the dishes

Otherwise, the guest will pay a cleaning fee of CZK 1,000
