There is a lockable separate room for bicycles and a ski room with a separate cabinet and a shoe dryer

Parking is provided for 1 vehicle free of charge with a height of 2.2m on the garage directly in the building or it is possible to park in the outdoor parking in front of Hubertus (for a fee)

The surrounding environment with a nearby waterfall offers the peace and quiet of the spa community with the possibility of ordering spa procedures or just using the thermal pool, sauna, beer baths, massages etc.

For a more active holiday, you can take advantage of countless marked hiking trails, cycling routes, modified cross -country skiing trails or you can use the ski lift directly in Karlova Studánka or the surrounding ski resorts available with a ski bark with a stop 30m from the apartment.

In the living room the possibility of extra bed for a folding couch - more suitable for children

There is a ban on smoking in the apartment.

Heating: Gas boiler.

Transportation, parking: Own parking space directly in a building for 1 vehicle with a height of up to 2.2m

At the entrance, pay attention to the roof box, wheels, carriers, etc.

For a higher vehicle or other car can be used by paid parking in front of the building

Throughout the Karlová Studánka there is a ban on parking outside the reserved parking or just with a card from the KS spa.

In the main summer season we prefer weekly stays.

The reservation deposit is 50% of the total price of accommodation.

In accommodation 2 weeks and more discount 3.000,- week.

Arrival from-to: 14-16 hours or by agreement.
