The apartment has a heated space for storing skis or bicycles
The apartment can be reached by a spacious elevator (2nd floor).
Sanitary facilities: The bathroom has a shower with a deep bathtub and a seat and a safe thermohead for regulating the water temperature, a washing machine and a dryer
The toilet is located separately, so it does not restrict others from using the bathroom
To clean the apartment, we use non-toxic products that are gentle on nature and you.
Heating: The apartment is centrally heated, so you don't have to worry about the heating, it's still warm
It is also heated outside the heating season, if the outside temperatures require it
You can regulate the heating in individual rooms yourself as needed

Cancellation / change of reservation must be communicated in writing (email is sufficient) directly with the accommodation provider and can be made no later than 30 DAYS before your arrival
If you do not do so or do not arrive at the apartment, you will be charged a cancellation fee:
10% of the total amount if canceled more than 30 days before arrival
50% of the total amount if the stay is canceled 30-15 days before arrival.
80% of the total amount if the stay is canceled 15 - 5 days before arrival.
100% of the total agreed amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation of stay 5-0 days before arrival, no-show or early departure.
