Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: You will feel at home in our apartment

The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building and is accessed by stairs, unfortunately there is no elevator

Here you will find a spacious living room, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a large bathroom and lots of little things that will make your stay more pleasant

Two people can sleep in the bedroom, another two on a wide and comfortable sofa with a mattress designed for everyday sleeping

You can cook in the above-standard equipped kitchen on a stove with an induction hob and a convection oven

A coffee maker and a microwave are also available

There is a TV in the living room, and you can also use wifi

We have books, maps, board games or a cot to borrow

On the ground floor, it is possible to use the room for storing bicycles and sports equipment, strollers, etc

Free parking for one vehicle right next to the house.

Sanitary facilities: Spacious bathroom with shower and toilet

You can store your beauty supplies in a tall cabinet

There is a washer and dryer, so bad weather won't stop you.

Heating: Central heating of the building, regulation on radiators in each room

About 1 km above the apartment is Chata Hvězda and a short distance behind it is Turnovská chata with home cooking and friendly service.

Cancellation Policy:

28 days or more before the booked departure - no cancellation fee

27 to 8 days before the booked departure - cancellation fee 50% of the total accommodation price

7 days or less before the booked departure - cancellation fee 80% of the total accommodation price

The contractual relationship between the accommodation provider and the client is established by the payment of the reservation deposit.

The amount of the deposit is set at 50% of the total price of the accommodation, unless the accommodation provider and the customer agree otherwise

The host is entitled to unilaterally offset this deposit against the cancellation fee

If the amount of the deposit is higher than the cancellation fee, the accommodation provider will return the remaining part of the deposit to the customer.

In case of no-show for the stay on the specified date without prior cancellation - cancellation fee 100% of the total accommodation price

Book without risk - In the event of a re-banning of accommodation due to a government order, we will refund the deposit in full or postpone it to another date.

In exceptional situations, the accommodation provider may fully or partially waive the cancellation fee at the customer's request, the decision on this rests solely with the accommodation provider

For serious reasons, the accommodation provider may, at the request of the customer, change the reserved date without the right to pay a cancellation fee.

Arrival at the accommodation is possible from 4:00 p.m

until 19:00, unless the parties agree otherwise

End of stay with handover of the apartment by 11:00 a.m., unless the parties agree otherwise.

Smoking and the use of open flames, including candles, are prohibited in the apartment.

Between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., the resident and persons staying with him in the accommodation are obliged to observe a nighttime silence.

Access to the accommodation, including the staircase, is only possible after changing into house shoes.

All guests over the age of 18 are registered in the accommodation book upon check-in.

Visits of unaccommodated persons are only possible with the express consent of the host.

In the event of damage, the accommodation guest is obliged to compensate this damage in full according to the calculation provided by the accommodation provider.
