Villa Karolína

The two-storey Villa Karolína is a private property located in a quiet part of the town of Štoky in the heart of the Highlands between Jihlava and Havlíčkový Brod

Its history is connected with Jihlava's hockey peak, but after recent reconstruction it is available for short-term relaxation stays

The villa is ideal for larger families or groups of friends

There are 12 comfortable beds in 6 rooms, spacious bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, a large living room, swimming pool (30°C), jacuzzi (37°C), sauna, wine cellar and much more

Many interested parties will surely be pleased that we like pets

It is also fair to note that all indoor areas are non-smoking

You can use your stay to relax and take trips around the area.

Accommodation in the Villa

Bedrooms and rooms: The villa has 6 double rooms spread over two floors

On the lower floor there is a large room with a sitting area and a beautiful vanilla room with white furniture

There are 4 rooms on the upper floor. The rooms are equipped with single or double beds

All rooms either have their own wardrobe furniture or are located in close proximity to a shared wardrobe.

Sanitary facilities: There are sanitary facilities on every floor of the villa

On the lower level, you will find a small bathroom with a sink and toilet adjacent to spacious showers, and on the upper floor there are two fully equipped bathrooms with a toilet, bidet and bathtub.

Heating: The object is heated automatically by gas heating with controlled regulation.

Transportation, parking: The villa is right next to an access road with little traffic

You can park comfortably on the property in the garages and in front of them

The fenced area can fit 6 cars comfortably.

Dining

The property has two separate and fully equipped kitchens with all common appliances (including a dishwasher), dishes and dining service

There is a shop and several restaurants in the village

In the vicinity of the village there are several well-known pubs and restaurants.

Standard stay:

We normally offer week-long stays from Sunday to Sunday

Just an honest 7 nights

There are 12 beds in the villa so there we have it… some 84 nights per person

The rent is for the entire area with everything you have found on these pages and the total amount is CZK 46,000 (we are not VAT payers, if anyone is interested)

And why am I reminding all this? Because if you divide the numbers correctly, you will find that one night per person will cost you 547 CZK, which is great, especially when you realize that the price includes a sauna or a swimming pool.

Non-standard stay:

We thought you might be looking for a place for teambuilding or a family celebration

That probably wouldn't be for a week

Arrival and departure:

The stays are planned in such a way that you can enjoy them perfectly without stress or rush

That is why we mainly offer week-long stays from Sunday to Sunday

If necessary, we can also make other arrangements, for example for 14 days straight away, but such a thing needs to be consulted in advance

If it pleased you so much, we could plan a shorter stay together

Standard arrival is on Sunday at 3 pm and you must leave us (albeit with a heavy heart) by 10 am the following Sunday

That should be enough for even the biggest sleepers

You must understand that we need to calm down properly for the next guests, who will surely be on their way.

Rules of stay:

You probably understand that we don't like to be strict, but we have to agree on a few things in advance, there's nothing we can do about it

We believe that it will not be anything new, let alone problematic, for decent people

At U.S:

We follow the basic rules of hygiene.

We try not to damage anything, and if it happens by accident, let's face it, we all have insurance against stupidity.

We definitely don't smoke in the villa, and if we smoke outside, we know that vajgly belongs in the ashtray.

We behave so that the neighbors don't have to call the police on us.

We enjoy our stay, but we don't waste energy unnecessarily.

Payment conditions and cancellation of stay:

Let's pour some pure wine

As soon as we agree on a date, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the contracted amount

We will confirm your reservation immediately after crediting the amount to your account

That sounds fair, right? You will still have plenty of time for the remaining 50%

We will ask you for the second half no later than one week before the reserved date

And if something doesn't work out on your end? Every joke costs something and in this case it would be a full 50% deposit, but let's not paint devils on the wall

You can always send a grandmother in your place

She will surely be pleased.
