Accommodation in the Villa

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobes

The bedroom on the ground floor can accommodate 2 people

In the living room there is a fold-out corner sofa that sleeps 2 people

In the attic there is a double bed with bedside tables and two chests of drawers

The capacity of the attic is 2 people.

Sanitary facilities: The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with two sinks, a large shower, toilet and bidet

The bathroom in the attic has a shower, sink and toilet.

Heating: The building is heated by electric underfloor heating in combination with a hot air fireplace.

Transportation, parking: The access road to the cottage area is partly on a panel road and partly on a dirt road

Parking in the building is possible for a maximum of two cars

It is possible to park one car in front of the building.

DEPOSIT AND ACCOMMODATION FEE

We collect a refundable deposit of CZK 2,500

It is returned after the end of the stay.

Accommodation fee for the municipality is not included in the price (CZK 20/person/day).

The price is always for the entire object, regardless of the number of people staying

The maximum capacity of Villa Martina is 6 people.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

WEEKLY STAY

Arrival on Saturday 15:00 - 17:00

Departure on Saturday by 10:00

We always communicate with the customer.

Departures on working days outside of July and August are not possible.

WEEKEND STAY

Arrival on Friday 18:00 - 19:00

Departure on Sunday by 11:00

We always communicate with the customer.

After creating a non-binding reservation, there are 5 days to pay the 50% deposit

After payment, we will confirm your reservation as binding

The additional payment is due no later than 10 days before the start date

Payment information will be sent to you by email

Cancellation Policy:

if the order is canceled by the lessee, the deposit paid will be returned as follows:

more than 31 days remain until the start date - we return 80% of the paid deposit

15 to 30 days remain until the start date - we return 50% of the paid deposit

there are less than 14 days left until the start date - we return 0% of the paid deposit

Until the length of the time period (i.e

the relevant number of days) for the calculation of the severance pay, the day on which the withdrawal took place is also included.

You can cancel an accommodation order in writing, by email, by sending an SMS message or directly by phone

We will then confirm the cancellation.

COVID-19: We respect government orders

If holiday stays are prohibited as part of the regulation, we will refund you in full.
