Villa Lumír

We offer you accommodation in our First Republic villa LUMÍR, which was built in 1937 in a quiet district of the spa town of Poděbrady in the Central Bohemian Region

The villa is only a 10-minute walk from the spa colonnade and the cultural bustle of the city, and you can reach us in approx. 5 minutes from the train/bus station.

For rent, we offer a spacious first floor with its own entrance, which will ensure your privacy

On the 1st floor of the villa, there are 3 separate, double rooms, a shared kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet, as well as 1 room that is rented for rehabilitation services, which our guests can use by arrangement.

Accommodation in the Villa

Bedrooms and rooms: We have three double rooms at our disposal, each of which is decorated in the era of the First Republic

The rooms are marked according to the colors in which each room is styled

The names of the rooms are indicated on the door

You will receive keys of the same color for your room - YELLOW, GREEN or PINK

In each room there is a comfortable double bed, storage space, in two of them there is a television, in one room it is not on purpose.

Sanitary facilities: The toilet is shared by the entire floor, toiletries including a towel and soap are always available for you

The bathroom is also shared, you each have your own towel and bath towel in your room.

Transportation, parking: You can park for free directly in front of the villa

After agreement with the owner, you can use transfer services from Poděbrady railway station to your accommodation.

Dining

The option of breakfast, which is served, continental and mainly according to your wishes

Breakfast per person - 170 CZK

Cloth towels, jar, disposable paper towels and dish sponges are available in the kitchen

The kitchen is also available for cooking, sitting at the table for breakfast, or any type of catering

This room is fully equipped, includes an induction hob, oven, wine cooler, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, etc.

Before and during the accommodation, according to your wishes, food shopping can be prepared to your satisfaction and imagination

If you are interested, we will be happy to go to the wine store, which is part of the kitchen, and buy what you would like to open upon your arrival (wine, beer, soft drinks, etc.)

The interior of the rooms and the corridor is in the style of the First Republic period

The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are contemporary

The kitchen is available for everyone, you can drink coffee or a glass of good wine here

The premises of the entire villa are non-smoking, you can smoke outside on the pergola.
